Title: New Academy Leader

As of today, I have decided to bring in Kenny as an Academy leader.

He will be helping me in ensuring that the new wave of cadets will be successful as Officer's in the SAPD.
His assistance will be greatly appreciated and I expect a lot of new changes for the better to be coming very soon.

I will still be the Leader as well, but I will allow Kenny to offer more assistance to the academy.
