Highway Patrol and Backup Unit
I want to announce you a new faction, re-opened by Rytis Shepardas - HPBU. Our job is to punish these, who thinks they're above traffic law, catch speeders and reckless drivers.

>If you're working in SAPD you must have a permission from your chief to join HPBU
>Must be in ARPD or higher ( If higher read requirment above)
>Must know how to RP
> Must know how to properly pull over a vehicle
