Title: SAPD Dodge-Charger vehicle mod

This mod replace's the LSPD car...but you can rename the ''copcarla'' to ''copcarvg'' which means LVPD

The headlights are of a mustang, not the charger. But they suite it however, looks better than charger headlights.
