At the moment I find this officers way of policing horrid. When arriving on scene with two unarmed suspects, his partner proceeded to open fire with SMG at my suspected friend whilst he attempted to ram me with his vehicle multiple times; before fleeing and leaving his partner to die. (My friend returned fire shortly after being hailed by semi-automatic gunfire), he than came back and continued to try and carkill me.

Whilst my partner Snr. Off Hess was on duty, driving a blue and white LSPD cruisers, Alex stalked him around LS until he saw Hess leave the vehicle and proceeded to take it. Although it was later retrieved (and yes I understand this is not an SAPD violation).
