Title: ARPD is one year!

Around this time one year ago, the ARPD forum was opened.
VCPD has now a better organised structure and SAPD is also very well organised and is developed well this year. :cop:

I want to thank everyone of ARPD and all administrators who helped with it specially.

I decided to make SAPD Party, in my new bizz - COP ART Hotel in front of San Fierro City Hall. I bought it few minutes ago, and i want to meet there with all my friends from SAPD. Hope that all will be there, to talk, to fun and to laugh.

Special invite is sending to Chiefs! You will be my special guests.
That can be a building to make cop meetings there - ARPD is 1 year! This is good reason to be there!
