We thank his work in serving for SAPD, he did a great job, But it has come to him to have no time in Argonath due to real life reasons.

DPD is not going down. It's just a generation change, smey retired because he didn't think that it was fun to play samp more, as he described in his topic in DPD Forums. DPD is running great :cool:
