If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? Bad attitude i believe (this was about a year ago now). The latest rejection was because i was banned on the server ,i was accepted as Cadet but got rejected because i was banned at the time

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department: Because i feel that i have the ability to secure the streets of Argonath from Crime and hatred , And that my ability to spot crime however , where ever it start's would help reduce crime.
I also have the police guide printed out in front of me so im able to do a quick reference when required. I also believe i am a good driver, Whenever im driving and i have a partner i rarely talk as im busy concentrating on the driving and pursuit! Edit: I've also recently joined San Andreas Traffic Police (SATP) sub division of DPD and have climbed the ranks to Senior Trooper of San Andreas Traffic Police. Im usually patrolling around SA With my SATP Units, We also have a Sub Division of SATP Which is the Heavy Response Unit (HRU) Which is used for taking down deadly suspects which i am a Trooper in.

Why do you apply when you currently are a Cadet?

He got fired but I guess his rank wasn't removed..

He applied for SAPD again, but doesn't even knows rules, using bullet as his patrol vehicle which is disallowed. I think he should have read rules then apply, or he's lazy as hell to re read them. Keep rulebreaking.
