Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department:i want to join Vice City Police Department cuz i like to be a cop and want to help the citizens of argonath rpg and i am also in SAPD in SAMP argonath rpg honestly i say that it is also a way of Fun but i think that its a job to help others and it is really a job

Let's get back on track.

Technically, you cannot be part of a criminal organisation and at the same time officially part of the police force - well, for the higher ranks in particular. 
Also Dawood, come back in-game more often. :)

I'M bANNED  for using arpd forums, i am at sabreman's house atm ( at the movement ) so that i replied, my bro also have a account in forums so he got banned and now i also can't use......................... it. so btw i am not interested anymore in vcmp argo, i want to withdraw my application.
