Car Jacking is not at all an abuse to be kicked, but an abuse to be suspected. Today I had a RolePlay: Kidnapper, I was about to kidnap a guy and I took him in my car, later he escaped. Cops where at me and I need to run I took someones car and ran away. After few secounds I found to be kicked.
Car Jacking was a part of my escape, it cant be an server abuse but U just need to suspect me for that.

Lets say if you jacked my limo whilst I was on duty, would I get you kicked? Yes, possibly after hunting you down. No one likes to be jacked. Especially if they are RPing themselves. Im afraid carjakking is an conflict of RP for players, and isnt good. If you were escaping, why not get in passenger? Usually players will help you escape, but if you hijack them they will not like it.
Yes you can report hijacking, and suspect for it, but it is intrest of most players that they dont want to be hijacked. It is not RP.

Are you talking about the Car Jacking where your in the car? or when the car is on the side of the street with no one in it?

Carjacking is an annoying crime. Lets say youre driving around, talking, rping. Suddenly some random guy opens your door and throws you out of the car, gets in and drives off with your vehicle. Like jcstodds said, it interupts RP, and I find it very annoying :mad:

Can you lock any car once you buy a lock and key, or what?

You are not allowed to carjack, unless you area cop capturing a suspect, carjacking to escaping is not allowed, Locked
