How long have you played as a cop: In San Andreas I have roleplayed as police officer since June 2008.

Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): Yes. The highest of the ranks i've ever been granted in Sergeant, in SAPD ( without divisions such as SFPD, LVPD, LSPD, DPD ), LSPD and SFPD.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? I was permanently fired for rankhunting and disrespectfull attitude towards superiors.

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence):
The reason i want to rejoin the SAPD is, because I'd like to serve among the police force again. I was terminated from my duty about 2 or 3 months ago. Ever since i started realizing what went wrong. At this point, I have contacted Deputy Chief Vincent Angelo Vice to apologize for my deeds in the past and request for a reinstatement of any kind. Luckily, even after my permanent termination, I have been given the chance to apply again. I now realize that being a SAPD officer is not about the ranks, it's about having fun and enjoying the game which we all admire so much. As for my disrespectfull attitude towards my superiors and maybe others ( I don't like to be reminded ) ; I was having a really hard time in real life, school got tough, parents divorced, financial situation wasn't very good. And I believe the reason for my attitude was caused by that. Now, 2 months later, i would like to try it once again.

Hi Salmonella, your application is under review by the Upper Command Staff (Captains, Academy Chief, and Chiefs) for the possibility of reinstatement.
During this time, I suggest you continue your duty as a Police Officer. Patrol with SAPD or other ARPD Officers and review the Laws and procedures.
I also suggest you read all the Application Section Sticky Topics to fully understand the Application process. After all, it's been awhile since you applied.

Patrol Report
Date and Time : 13th February 2011 14:51:55 CET.

Detailed Report :
When i reported myself on duty this morning, at the Los Santos Police Departement, i started patrolling the East Los Santos district. At these district i found myself discovering a suspect going by the name of Ice Road Trucker. I engaged him in a persuit which lasted over 10 minutes. In that persuit the suspect managed to switch his Truck for another one which he apparentally had set ready. After he wrecked that one he went to get his third escape vehicle. All of the sudden an ambulance worker turned up by the name of what i believe was, Ayden. He blocked the way of the suspect, allowing me to drag him out of the car, he punched me in the face and ran away. I had to use my weapons in order to neutralize the suspect. The suspect fell and was brought to the LSPD for custody. Later that day there was an Officer in a live threatening situation at Grove Street. Almost all of the SAPD responded and the officer was saved. There was not much more interesting that day
Conclusion : Multiple suspects ( 4 ) cought, assisted in a sturming of a house in order to save colleague

Detailed Report :
When yesterday i woke up at 7 AM, I proceeded my daily routine of brushing my teeth, watching some tv, breakfast, you know? The standard thing. When i drove off from my house in Las Venturas i was heading for LSPD to start fulfilling my duty. I joined with several other ARPD officers, I am not quite sure of all of their names, but one, the one i patrolled most with, was called Kalvin. There wasn't many crime to fight when i was patrolling with officer Kalvin. Later that day, around 6 PM, I found myself in a persuit against 3 armed suspect in a purple sultan. There were more officers involved, luckily. When we reached for Angel Pine, they took the highway towards the Avispa Country Club. There was a small lake near that highway, I believe me and and squad care managed to let the whole car sink. The 3 suspects at first tried to run off. When one of them was shot down, the other surrendered. The rest of the day wasn't as ''exciting'' as the persuit i mentioned earlier.
Around 9 PM I performed a lot of traffic stops. 2 of them attempted to evade.. I had to go after them. Both chases ended succesfully due to their cars running out of fuel. Both suspects were brought into custody at the nearest police departement ( DPD and LSPD ). My shift ended at 0 o clock. On my way home i witnissed a robbery and alerted my colleagues. The robbery didn't end so well... The suspect ran off and the victim was wounded when pushed down to the sidewalk... The suspect is still not caught, but has been identified by the victim.
Conclusion : Multiple suspects ( 6 ) caught, and brought into custody. Witnessed robbery whilst off duty, performed 4 traffic stops.
