Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: Yes.
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? Of course.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): Yes, Cadet...then cadet, then officer.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? Officer: I had to resign due to some circumstances. 1st time as cadet: I had behavioral problems + ban on server. 2nd time as cadet: Nothing wrong....Passed exam and got promoted.

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence):
I want to get back to SAPD because I want to make my hands work again in this employement as I find it as a respected organization where everyone knows his rank and his duty. It'll be a pleasure to be within a group of professional people again. I want to help citizens of S.A to get rid of the crimes on the streets because crime rate has recently increased...

Patrol report:
Date: 5 of March, 2011.
Type of patrol: Organised patrol.
Summary:
I finally gave my officer badge to captain Hudson, and before I say good-bye, He invited me to an organised patrol led by lieutenant Knight. I thinked and I shaked my head to say 'yes'. I stepped in the cpt.'s car then we headed to Dillimore where I met my ex-partners, though I didn't get any salutation...Oh...well...Anyways, I setted up my radio configuration and then I went to the car waiting for me. It was a busy shift...
the most interesting highlight is the crime at L.S.F.D Station where captain Alterlis of the A.R.F.D was making a training, until then a psycho fireman attacked the captain, this final defended his squad from the attack, and finally he killed the guilty. We arrived on scene, took him to station for investigation, but bingo! It seems like other parties are being involed...
Later at that day, we had a barricaded suspect situation at Fallen tree abandonned location, suspect got oversuprised by the ammount of police officers, and he surrendered...
