I have to be away from the game and forum for 3 weeks. The reason is, i have been accepted to police pretest irl.. and there are trainings and such.

I commission Captain Leroy Hudson with Deputy Chief rights. He will be my personal deputy in this 3 weeks. He will overviewing all local departments, like i did.. and he will provide support in leading the DPD. He is still an SAPD Captain, but he is the most active in the upper command staff... thats why he is assigned to supervise the SAPD.
