How long have you played as a cop: Since my registration.. Excluding several long breaks.
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: I am a citizen.
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: I've got a driving license.
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? I have.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): Been an officer for a few months.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? Resigned, I believe.

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): Want to try something different. I know I always enjoyed role-playing a police officer. I'll try to be as active as I can and do my best. I think I could be reinstated, but it's up to you.

Here, you should post your daily reports (what you did during your day).
Messages such as "Still interested" don't work, if you are interested in
becoming a SAPD Cadet, you should follow the tips I gave you.
