It is important to post patrol reports. They consist of what you did daily. Post them about every 3-5 days. And have them well detailed. I will post a example below. And feel free to PM me with any questions. ( By the way, try adding to the "why you want to join" section.)

Dear Applicant,
Whilst you application is being dealth with by the SAPD Recruiters, I must advise you that you must not contact on the radio and demand to be promoted.

However, if you do with to be promoted, you need to follow what Goodandy has mentioned to you and don't ask to be promoted.

In about 3 - 4 weeks time, you may contact one of the recruiters regarding an interview for SAPD and from then, they will tell you whether you have been successful or not.
