Hello,
It's time for me to fullfill my resignation as a Chief of SAPD and step back from my position.. I will stay within SAPD as an Senior Officer and adviser to the future command staff with Chief Leroy in the lead.
The reason why i decide to resign is due my reduced activity within SAPD and reduced activity on Argonath RPG. My focus will be within the administration team where i will spend more time in future.
It been an honour to server and work as a Chief of SAPD the years i been there and i trust and support the new Chief Leroy Hudson to 100 procent!
I also feel, along with Hank that SAPD need active leaders and mangagement, which is one of the biggest reasons why i decided to step back and let active and good people step up and forward.
See you all on the streets!
Signed
[R*]Pancher

Fair well Pancher, you've helped the SAPD a lot, you can trust the SAPD to continue the hardworking legacy, as thats what you and Hank had taught it to be, and I will continue to teach so.

I will miss you pancher, I will miss the times you never gave me your donuts and that you was mean to me, See you around! :pancher:
-
Pancher will stay as Advisor, so when needed he can still jump in.
As for the current lead, we are making a clear overview of command that will stop this from happening in the future.
Leader will be responsible for all comand staff functions to be manned.
-
Oh comon, what is going on here?! First Hank, then Leroy, then The Willams(Collins) and now you Pancher. God damnit, this isn't right and it'snt good for SAPD. You were a great Chief Pancher and you're a great friend. Good luck, glad that you stay in SAPD.
Regards
Mash Gordon

All 3 Chiefs of SAPD resign at once. Somehow I find it coincidental. Very oddly coincidental.
See you at the donut shop, Panch.
-
Good luck pancher! i hope we see you soon again
-
Sad to see you step down, Pancher..
Good luck, and see you on the streets.

Well we all knew it was coming. [Deputy Chief] Vince and Pancher were losing activity time, and Hank was pursuing his real-life career of becoming a police officer, so it was only a matter of time.
-
Good bye Pancher!
Jeg kommer til å savne deg ;)
Thanks for all you've helped me with during my career in SAPD.
Time won't let us go man! see ya on the field.

Another sad loss, I hope things go well for you Pancher, we had some good times

You were a great chief and even a better friend. I remember when I joined Argonath for the first few times. You were the one to guide me through applications and all such things. You didn't stand out in status over any other officer, you acted as if you were on of them. This is something I have always admired about you.
As I was progressing through the ranks of the SAPD, we got to know each other more and more. Once I joined SWAT, we really got to know each other (as far as that is possible through the internet :D) and we became, at least, from my postion, very good friends. You helped me with my exam (aiming an M4 at me, remembering me that you may fire upon a suspect when your life or that of any civilian(s) in the direct area are in danger). You were, basically (or generally, as Jay liked to call it, as we are reviving old memories), everything the SAPD, and the ARPD for that matter, needed.
It was an honour to serve with you, a long time back now. It just had to come, the point where you would either resign or get fired for inactivity. I really admire you for maintaining a stable SAPD whereas I, myself, didn't even manage to do this for half a year. I applaude to your for that!
I guess there will have to come an end to this soon, or you won't even bother to read it. I wish you great luck in your future, and I'm sure you will make it. Just remember how you used to handle stuff back when you were an SAPD chief and you'll be just fine; as fine as you've always lead the SAPD.
Signed,
Thomas 'Leroy' Crof
Served as SAPD Captain under your command
A great friend

It's very much appriciated to read all these comments!
However i wish you all to not see this as a big step backwards for SAPD. I would like you all to continue work as good as you do and now with the time and interest you all have help and support the current command staff to keep it stable and keep it move forward and continue serve and protect the citizens.
I want to make it clear that my, Vince and Hanks resignation at the "same time" has nothing to do with anything bad events but ONLY due we all have very limited activity now days and that we believe for the best of SAPD with active command staff.
Im sure both Vince and Hank will continue help out even with the ranks they may have or not have.. After all they have made a hugh impact on the SAPD in the history which they are a big part of and will be rememberd of!
-
You've done great work Pancher, good luck.
-
Ehh, all I can say - thank you for your hard and huge work for SAPD.
There've been highs and lows, of our friendship, but always, when two people are trying to do something with different opinions, they both argue :P
Good luck Panch, hope some day you will return as a Chief.
