Just read, my Graphics Card became the 'Flagship' of Nvidias cards in June 2008. It followed on from the 9800GTX, which is Nicholas's. Congratulations to us both, we both have 'Ex-Flagship Cards'

I was researching my PC, and on Windows 7, I have predicted the Ratings of each part through others. All are out of 7.9
Processor: 7.3
Desktop Graphics: 7.8
Gaming Graphics: 7.9
RAM: 6.5
Hard Drive: 5.9
I was told that on a lot of modern Gaming PCs, the Graphics Card is almost half the cost of the build :O
-
PC that i have now costed standard 350$ (Roughly)
But with all the new Parts and tweaks that my brother brought into it it came out on 900 - 1100 $

Not sure what mine is in Dollars, but in Great British Pounds mine cost £487.50
This is because I paid £370 originally for 2GB RAM, etc, with an internal wireless card and 330W Power Supply with no Graphics card.
Somone offered me a GTX 280 for £40 (!), which was a fantastic offer, so I had it, but I had to then buy a £30 power supply which was 750W too, The card took up my wireless cards slot, so I had to buy a USB one for £12.50, I then realised my Power Supply did not have the correct cables, so Bought a £10 adaptor for it.
I have now bought more RAM so that was £25 for an extra 2GB, so that brings the total cost to £487.50, however, at some point I am going to use www.software4students.co.uk/ (http://www.software4students.co.uk/) and buy an upgrade edition of Windows 7 64bit for £40 brining the total to £527.50
Actually thats not a bad price for a computer which will run any game I throw at it, I run GTA IV on max settings at 30-35FPS :)
