How many times reinstated: this is my first time
Reason why left: I got firend because inactivity, and lack of interest, thats not true because i got a lot of problams with my internet thats why i coudnt to play, now i have no problams to play in Argo Server
Reason to return:

as i said i got a problams with my internet, so now i back to SAPD, and want to take my rights back as SAPD Officer, and i will give part of me to SAPD,
i never left SAPD as my self, only with big problams that i had

Hello. As you probably know, it is important to post patrol reports. Here is an example.

Suspects killed: One suspect killed (Kiddnaping)
Suspects arrested: No Suspects arrested
Civilians stopped: No civilians stoped
Civilians ticketed: no one ticketed
Patrol partners: Rob_Williams
Patrol time: Time patrol was 2 hours
Other: today was a kiddnape at StarTower, at LS, Downtown,
me and rob was aptrolling around LV, and just respond to the call of Kiddnape,
