Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): i just want to become a policemen because they are the best and friendliest and the commuity is just really fantastic and also I love just working for the police too.

He means fill in patrol reports to show your activity. Just saying 'bump' will not help your application.
