It seems like you're just adding text to the pictures. Try out some of the tutorials around the internet, and play around with the effects. You'll get the hang of it.

Haha just a bit. But I am editing the pics too. Now the Colorado State Patrol I did because i only had like 10 min to do it hahaha. I am slowly learning though. :)
