Title: (SKIN REQUEST) Finnish Police officers

Hi. I saw that Nicholas Baker made skin request, so i thought i could make one, too :D  Unfortunately i don't have any prizes to give ingame at the moment, but i could give some when i get money IG.

I really appreciate if someone could make this skinmod. :( It could replace ARPD -officer's skin.
