Title: [UPDATE]SAPD: Alex_Steel
Post by: CopSforza on June 15, 2011, 07:15:33 am
Ingame Nickname AND Character Name (warning, see point #9 of application rules): Alex_Steel =>Alex Steel
Real-Life Age AND Ingame Age: IRL:17   IG: 28
How long have you played on Argonath RPG: since 2008(or maybe 2007), but I had few long periods of inactivity
How long have you played as a cop: nearly all of the time, I'm online
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: Yes, I am.
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: Yes, I do.
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? Yes, I had.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): Yes, I have.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? Cadet - left because of problems IRL, so period of inactivity came.
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old application): That time my name was Alex_Steelhttp://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=4177.msg23411#msg23411 (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=4177.msg23411#msg23411)
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): Serving the public safety has always been my only wish and will. I am also not a member of any group or clan here, so SAPD would be like my family here. Also the police work in ARPD is more structured than free-officers do it. Also I can't deny that studies in Academy would make my police skills even better, so it's necessary for myself, to raise the quality of my own work. To serve and protect!

ARPD Patrol Report
___________________________________________________________________________________________________
Patrol Report

Date: 06/16/2011

Suspects killed: 0
Suspects arrested: 1 (jailed for 180 seconds for murdery)

Civilians stopped: 1(speeding)
Civilians ticketed: 1( 80$ for reckless driving)

Patrol partners: None

Conclusion: Working at nights (RP) when the city is silent and there are also lack of officers in duty is harder than i expected, because nearly no backup available. I can thank Sauron, that I hadn't C30 situation with several criminals, then i would be the animal to hunt.

ARPD Patrol Report
___________________________________________________________________________________________________
Patrol Report

Date: (06/17/2011)

Suspects killed: 2 (murdery, assaulting police force)
Suspects arrested: None

Civilians stopped: 3(parking in the middle of road, speeding, reckless driving)
Civilians ticketed: 1(damaging police car by crushing in its back = reckless driving)

Patrol partners: Alone/Ghost/John_Red
Patrol time: Totaly 4 hours

Incidents:
- Got assaulted bye cop-hunters/gang, but managed to escape, but when reinforcements arrived I shamely had to announce C4, because I didn't had a time to suspect assaulters, and they were already gone.
- When there was a serious gang activity, I accidentally shot my teammate at close combat shootout.
- While there was a 207 situation, I had a contact with other gangs while guarded the perimeter of territory. They retreated.

Conclusion:
Patroling alone is not that worth, it makes communication slower, decisions slower and after all its more dangerous.
Organized patrols rock. They turn routine patrolers into crime neutralizers. Organized patrols really does action witch is necessary when a huge organized crime is going on, like it is every day.
ARPD officers can be proud of wearing their uniforms. They really are leaders!

Your application has been accepted into Wave#0006 Intake - You have also been queued into SAPD Academy, in this academy you will learn the core values and procedures that a SAPD Officer must learn and embrace to be able to be the absolute best he possibly can. You will be observed ingame by every member of the SAPD, so it is YOUR responsibility to act professionally at ALL times!

From the moment you are accepted onwards, you should be learning the regulations and procedures to be able to carry out your cop work to the absolute best of your ability - this will give you the skills and experience to make it into the SAPD and to continue to be the best cop you possibly can be. The SAPD is not for everyone, so checking out the regulations and procedures will also give you a chance to see whether or not you're cut out for the SAPD or not.

You are NOW a SAPD Cadet, and you are expected to behave and work in a respectful way to the General Public and your fellow police officers. Failure to do so could result in the termination of you from the SAPD.

The academy will consist of 2 sessions, one pre-exam exam and your officer exam, which can be given to you from any Academy Member or Departments Command Staff Member. (Sgt +).

IMPORTANT! You must reply at LEAST once per week in your application topic to let us know how you're going or if you have any questions, or else you risk being rejected from the SAPD due to lack of interest. It's your responsibility to show your activity, NOT ours.

Finally To Avoid Confusion I want to inform you that you can start requesting lessons on 24/06/2011. The reason for this is our 5 day waiting period. To find out more about the academy lessons please visit this here (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=17902.msg150510#msg150510)

Please do not request lessons before this prescribed date. This is just an Informative message.

Contact a Captain+ Ingame for your badge.

Good luck and welcome to the steps to hard work!

Signed,
Jake Harris

ARPD Patrol Report
___________________________________________________________________________________________________
Patrol Report

Date: 06/22/11

Suspects killed: ~5(some of them died in car explosions)(different reasons - assaults, recklsess driving, aiding)
Suspects arrested: 3(100;120;180 seconds for different reasons such as reckless driving, aiding, copkilling)

Civilians stopped: 3(reckless driving)
Civilians ticketed: 0
Patrol partners: Tinmothy_Manner, Haythem
Patrol time: ~3 hours

Incidents: (Incidents that occurred.)
- Received deadly shots during Code purple at Idlewood
- One of suspects suddenly killed my colleague with a knife in front of my eyes, after that he got killed.
- Responded to traffic accident at Idlewood, after that did a huge investigation together with officer Tinmothy_Manner, but had to admit lack of evidence. Also persons didn't wanted to charge each other afterwards.

Conclusion: Working together with a well experienced partners is already like studying in field. Also the work goes on more productively. Now, when i received my Cadet badge and have my name dark blue, the attitude from ARPD officers changes very sharply. I really feel that ARPD is like a big family - taking care of each other.
