Hello, my advice to you first is to get a passport and license before applying.

Welcome, just get that license and you are good to go! Also, as you probably know, it is important to post patrol reports. Here is the format that you should use.

As posted on this announcement (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=18694.0), all applying cadets who did not respond for atleast 10 days will be denied.

As you have not matched the criterium your application has been denied, you may re-apply when you are active again!
