I completely had it with the way SAPD is currently beeing run. 80% of the SAPD (SWORN OFFICERS) are acting like complete loose cannons and retards while they are on duty.
For your convenience, i will sum up my greatest irritations:
1. SAPD officers breaking every single law whilst on duty.
SAPD Police officers constantly speeding, constantly recklessly driving, etcetera.
2. SAPD officers constantly breaking protocol.
For instance, SAPD officers daily breaking the firearms protocol, using a combat shotgun to shoot at a UNARMED suspect wich is suspected for a MINOR crime. I even caught SAPD command staff doing this.
3. Constant rankhunting
4. Constant favourism
Police officers and ESPECIALY command staff misusing their position to help their friends
5. Corruption
See all of the above.
You signed up to be a police officer within the SAPD. Bloody act like one. How the hell can you catch someone breaking a law, IF YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW YOURSELF?!
Shame on you! I completely had it. I do not want to be associated with the SAPD in any way, any longer. I'm out.

I resigned on a earlier stage for personal issues. I came back to try and teach most police officers some sense and have fun at thesame time. Only a small hand of officers and new players took my advice. The rest just doesn't care and keeps on going acting like complete morons and taking down the whole department.
I tried Jc, i tried. I just can't do this any longer. I play within this community to have fun and relax. Im not going to let that joy and exitement gey taken away by the typical buffalo and combat shotgun heroes, or the "i dont care about you, he is orange" kind of people.
I hope that some of these officers read this, and change their way of work. It's not about virtual money, its about real fun and exitement.

I completely agree with everything you have said StatuZ. It's a disgrace. I am also loosing interest in SAPD as no matter how hard you try no one is ever going to change.

Do you know how much we're trying too? Giving up will not make anything go forwards, but backwards instead.
If you want change in how these people act or behave, you need to fight, till the very end - Not chuck a towel in.
Infact, there has been many times where I felt equal to what you say you feel like, and wanted to throw the towel in, but will that help? No.
Why do we fall? So we learn to pick ourselves up. We must learn from our mistakes, and keep moving forward.

Since you rather have this publicly, I will also re-open it for you to answer me. Since you are TOTALLY WRONG.

Nexxt: report towards any Command Staff with proof and they will take the suitable action, I recently had a conversation about this with the Chief. We are more focussing on this
2. SAPD officers constantly breaking protocol.
Nexxt: same as above, proof means they will get punished, I would say even CMD Staff since they are an example
3. Constant rankhunting
Nexxt: People are getting punished for this aswell, there is no future for you when you constantely lick arse and suck up to higher rankeds.
4. Constant favourism
Nexxt: Let me tell you about what your future would have been in LVPD, you would get a chance as Sergeant and in the future probably even (I do not care if I leak this, since you are just putting a bad image on the SAPD and you do not really see what's going on, you should have known that as ex-Lt.)
Furthermore, it was YOU placing a transfer request because your wanted to go with DPD, all fine and you would be allowed to go there, if you did NOT post in on the way you did it. You requested (may I use "forced"?) us to put you at DPD, if we would not put your there you would be departmentless else you would resign - that's the reason I came up with the decision to deny your transfer request since that's not the way we work here. If you just requested it, I could understand your reasons and I would let you go. Your "demand" was unneeded and made yourself look less worth then you are (read first part of point 4). We could use your experience for our current LVPD Command Staff but since you deciced to request a transfer on the wrong way...it went over, motivation missed completely and the attitude shown on that was poor.
5. Corruption
Nexxt: Same as above, look outside the picture.
So please, evaluate what you can do in thet SAPD next time. You know I am a person who goes straight into other peoples their opinion to work for a better SAPD which everyone likes. This is democracy and all points will be evaluated (atleast by me). You may ask Zaid and let him explain what happened after we got points clear about the Academy - we talked together and made things more clear. One of them is your points 1 and 2 who would be enforced stronger then we do now.

Regardless of him going about the correct way of dealing with it or not, you cannot deny the fact that SAPD is in trouble. Even the Chief himself has admitted it publicly in this topic. The focus needs to be shifted away from defending SAPD, and pushed towards actually fixing it. Right now everyone shuts down anyone who complains instead of discussing it with them peacefully to try to get ideas for resolutions.

My resignation is not connected to my somewhat agressive transferrequest. I agree that i could have requested it another way.
My points of criticism still stand. I strongly disbelieve in reporting one of your own. Police officers should be like family. I have tried a direct approach by talking to them, and if that didn't work, by talking to their direct supervisor, wich often did not work aswell.
I sent multiple reports to either the police chief's PM's, or the heads of the departments. Pure because i never had sufficient evidence. Besides, the corruption with some officers is so big, that if you report them and they find out, they'll systematicly try to break you. (I have seen this happen to me. Twice.)
Nexxt, i know who you are and what you're like. I don't blame you whatsoever :)
