Where is the Detectives and Investigators board to apply on, if there is such section ?
What must I do to be recognized and get the rank of investigator\detective on the server?
Must I be SAPD first then apply for detective?
If there's any others things I should know about this subject, please redirect me, help me with it.

There is no Official Detective and Investigation division in SAPD.
Some departments may have separate boards for their Internal Affairs / Investigation and Detective task forces.
SADA was an Official investigating group of SAPD but it closed after going inactive, thus there is no such official status of Investigator / Detective in SAPD. You can always roleplay a detective if you wish though.

Do you mean FBI? If so, go to fbi.argonathrpg.com/forum/ and apply there at the correct board. Please review ALL sticky topics and spend at least an hour or so at making application so it is perfect.

He may also mean UC work in SAPD. As for an actual Detective's sub-rank for UC work, I'm actually surprised such a thing doesn't exist for the RP'ed explanation of UC Officers.

Departments have sub divisions wich include UC Work, So some sort of detective work.
