Is awarded the Medal of Valor due to exceptionall duty service as a chief of Police.
More info was given on the Awarding ceremony earlier.

Was awarded in March-April 2011 to Hank Rafferty

The topic was split as it wasn't a normal awarding, but a nomination, till it was approved.
