I've taken this officer on Training with me today, along with John Lob.
I have nothing except great comments about him and his work. He's calm, assertive and diligent with his work, I've given him an A for the training.

I did a 'Traffic Stop' workshop today, along with how to stop a vehicle that is running with one tactic, I tested all three officers (There was a new guy that tagged along) on each step through the process and this officer had it down immediately without any questions.

I strongly recommend him for promotion as an ARPD Cadet.

Sincerely,
   Sheriff Hayden Mendez

Note: Neurons application undermines his duty when hes ingame, meaning, his actions are great, but his application may be seen as 'some new kid'.

I"m a cadet, but i have also to admit Neuron is very assertive, has good RP , doesnt abuse and Keeps his on the laws. A great partner to work with. he know to use /r when in the passenger seat, He knows all the things to become a Cadet, and even a officer. I dont know how he is at map knowledge or Codes, but besides that, i know this Cop can make it far.

Signed, Officer in Training, Clyde

Application has been filed under CADET Intake 18

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of  this as we use cover names too!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into ARPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.

We will contact you when we see fit regarding training and testing, AND pestering officers may delay this.
Remember we will contact you, not the other way round.

Good luck and welcome to the steps to hard work..

Besides all the negative comments i would like to add something positive.

SAPD Cadet Neuron Stracci was a big help during a bomb plot.
With united forces we defused the C4 blasting agent which was planted behind a tree in fron the of Los Santos Police Department.
Cadet Stracci helped to set up a roadblock, additionally he held the spectators off.

Well, I've been seeing some few people complaining on this cadet, but:

- He has good potential to be a good cop.  :cop:
- He can learn the things very well. He does his duty with seriousness.
- He is inside the laws, procedures and codes.

In my opinion, if he learns how to do it, he'll do his best.

Signed,
Officer John Lob
