Easy one.

Choose the model you want, then download TXD Workshop 4.0B (http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f722-txd-workshop-40b).
Now, get your vehicle files on your desktop. (You need to have a .dff file and a .txd file)
Open the .txd file with TXD Workshop as a .txd file. (Not .IMG) Then find the ''body'' texture (It's not hard to find, it's probably the bigger image)
Then replace to your desired texture.
