Hello, you may know me as ZeRoX the criminal or the Angry guy or w/e.
I want to join ARPD.
I know that I was a trouble maker in the past, but i changed for the good way. 
Anyways, lets get going:
Nickname in-game: ZeRoX
Age:14
Favourite weapon:Hard to decide, M4 and Stubby
How long have you played on Argonath RPG: A bit over a year now
How long have you played as a cop: I played as a cop many times, but not always.
Have you read the VC:MP related guides in Police Procedures board: Yes, ofcoruse.
Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department: I had enough of the Criminal world. I want a new Beginning.

Please be more relevant to the reason you want to join A.R.P.D . IF you changed yourself or not, this will be seen.

 From this time I won't recommend any other cadet untill 29th of September 2011.

More so dependent on your experience in-game, general activity and overall personality.

I regret this application, because I got banned for "raging". This is an exuse reason for banning me. All of the EAF today just provkoed and provkoed me to rage, untill klaus got the f**king "reason" to ban.

I won't come back to VC-MP anymore because of the Stupid, stupid, stupid, EAF's, they only provke and bug me all the time.

I feel it would be best to leave out such attitudes here.
Your recent behaviour has been far from ideal (not exactly talking about what might have happened yesterday), and we noticed that for whatever reason, you seem to take up a different personality to an extent when not part of any police roles (non-RP, referring to the public chat, for example).

I can understand that provocative behaviour from others - be it real or not - can be extremely frustrating. Those people should not deserve to take part in a community such as this, where we look to support each other. However, that doesn't mean you should retaliate or put yourself in blame's way. It would be best to just compose yourself, and do the right thing rather than being pulled down.

Alike to the past, hopefully you know what to do.
