Leroy, I am sure I speak on behalf of the whole of SAPD here. (Well and community)

You have shown great work for SAPD and you have made changes that has made SAPD a better place to be a police within.
You have dragged us through thick and thin and have always supported the police department and everybody is appreciative of that.

When other people may of quit, you stuck through it and sought by us also making sure we were number one.

While I don't really remember any other chief, you were always there and you did well by everybody no matter what it took.

I am surprised to see you go and I wish you the best of look with your future endeavours and your life.

It was such a pleasure working with you chief Leroy. This day brings sadness to me. I wish you could stay with us for much longer. You will be extremely missed. Thank you for everything you have done.

sad to see you go, THe last few months ive got to know you as a chief and as a mate,

from trolling me @ SWAT and patrollling ingame  its been epic.

I can't believe my eyes, you were an example for me. You were one of the few people in the SAPD who I looked up to and saw as my example - you were and still are an awesome person, I'd like to thank you for all the chances you gave to me and the things I learned of you.

I am proud to be part of the SAPD under your lead, I will terribly miss you.

Leroy, you will be missed. You have left your mark on SAPD and the whole Argonath Community (not a bad one ;) ), you will not be forgotten. It has been a true privilege to work with you. Wherever you may go, I bid you farewell.

Good bye Leroy, whilst you didn't always see eye to eye with everyone I know you did try your best and did all you could to help the SAPD. Best of luck with whatever you intend to do in the future.

Words can't descibe your work. We appreciate what you've done for SAPD and we are thankful for everything. Whole SAPD is sad and would love, you were with us. However, you leave. Thanks once again and bye, I hope you find a good path for you and your career.

Leroy you are the best Chief I ever known in SAPD. Your effort, dedications, lessons built the team of now and the future. I'm glad that you came back and continuing the progress of the SAPD. You are truly a great person, a true leader. Perhaps I might return to SAPD one day because I believe my goals were not completed either. See you... *cough* hunt you around!  ;)

You always kept within SAPD while the others left, we all apreciatte you work very much, good luck with school and future endevours, i'll miss you Pringle/Kraken/Chrome/CoD/Civic.
