Title: K9Alex mods - 2 mods release + 1 for Argonath!

I made a LVPD Charger for the Argonath PD, and 2 other mods I wished to released here.
Credits are in the archives.

NOTE: Every mods made by me requires 05Bowtie TXD Hack and ELM V9.

Both requests accepted, i'll be working on them tonight, they might be ready tommorow.  :pancher:

No problems. And the reason is that I had to leave my mom's house beacause of her new boyfriend. (He tried to beat me up) So I jumped out the window and I called my aunt at a public phone. Anyways, I can play on Argo, but I don't have my own PC there, So, no modding. Sorry.
