Just patrolled with him today and Im quite sure he's quick learner, he got good shooting skills and his driving skills are not so bad at all, so I think he is ready to become a cadet. Recommended.
He had taught me today the PIT. I really appreciate his help and now i am able to stop suspects successfully. He was also willing to teach me other methods to catch a suspect.
