What would make you an good officer?: Skill and little bit of teamwork.
Do you have experience on law enforcement groups?: Maybe.
Describe your work as an SAPD officer: Well, I would help citizens alot if I get bigger rank, and I do it now ofc, but It would be  better if I am high ranked like Senior Officer, so  all would respect me.
Why do you want the join the San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 4 lines): Because I think I would be good help for SAPD force.I wanna join because I wanna meet some good officers and learn from them, go on some special Missions with FBI/SWAT or because I would help others in trouble.

First od all you need to earn Senior Officer badge.
Work hard and show you got skills and potential.
Second you don't need to be high rank to get respect,Respect others and others will respect you.
