Why do you want to join the LCPD? Well i wanted to join in my first apply but some things went go wrong and after i got fired i descided to choose the dark side, assaulting/dealing/killing etc. im tired of this kind of stuff and want to start a new begining and be a good cop, actually i want to try to be a SWAT member and take heavy criminals into custody. and maybe i will make it this time!!!

What should we trust you again after what you done? You are saying you were criminal before a while, and now you are re-applying to law-enforcement organization. Why you can offer to LCPD? Why we should trust you you won't do that again? Chief already made a big compromise when he accepted you in, and you broke it. LCPD just can't afford that! You had your chance, a big chance, and you wasted it!
This is my own option, it's on the command staff.

you know, what im thinking now about when i got fired, that i got raped in my ass cuz some of you first placed my topic somewhere else so i thought i dont have 2 post anything anymore(this is for the not posting thing) and for the killing/assault etc that i did when i was cadet ( on forum not in game) was cuz i was get bored cuz nobody ranked me for a week!!! but you know shit happens, and yes it was a criminal after that yes i assaulted ppl, robbed ppl, killed ppl, but if you give me other chance i really will make use of it.

LCPD Cadet ogisa is accepted as cadet 23 days ago and he still didn't get his rank but he didn't started to kill/assault cops cause of that. And should I even mention George Jetson? It is not the excuse.
Btw noose is invitation only and hardly you will get one with your criminal activity.

Date: 01-12-2011
Suspects killed and/or apprehended:
Honing/James_conway: Normal behaivor, got them on radar for speeding and pulled them over for a warning.
Pif400: Normal behaivor, he rammed me twice(not hard) and i wanted to ask why he did that, when i pulled him over, he tried to escape i /su him for evading, after a couple mins he crashed.
Honing: Normal behaivor, he was /su by an officer for evading, when i was at the sus he /gu and i cuffed him and brought him to pd.
James: Normal behaivor, he was speeding again, i pulled him over and gave him a ticket.
Blindrat: Normal behaivor, ignoring all orders, speeding and always tried to flee, /su him for couple of times and he evaded.
Traffic stops conducted: No traffic stops conducted.
Patrol time: A hour of 3/4. I was in some persuits with Talya.
Incidents: Everything was fine,good soo no problems/inciddents have been occured.
Conclusion: Cops are working better now, more teamwork, more proff, more cops on the streets, keep it going guys!

Suspects killed and/or apprehended:
Andrey_ivanov/Emauel_(unknown): Carkilling cop, ramming, reported.
kantekx: Agressive behaivior, /su for shooting in public.
elektrodey: Normal behaivoir, he was chased by some cops, when i arrived several cops warned him for /gu, after that i shot him down.
sgradi: Normal behaivoir, he got /su for evading cops, we got persuit on him, at last he /gu and i brought him to pd.
Traffic stops conducted: No traffic stops conducted.
Patrol time: A couple of hours (2/3), Patrol partners where different cops soo not exactly with someone, but most time yoske.
Incidents: Civilian: Andrey/Emanuel they carkilled like everyone cops, civ, suspects. these were the hard things to play with.
Conclusion: Today was a bit choas, (always is when there is no admin) Civ are more aggresive and furious when they see cops, soo its a bit hard these time's to handle a Sus/Civ.

LANS: Normal behaivior, he was suspect, cops were persuing him when i arrived at the suspect he tried to flee on foot, we warned him for /gu or we will use force, after that he didnt listen and i shot him down.
Goodwin: Normal behaivior, /su him for 505/evading after i flipped him over, he crashed or /q.

I'm very unpleased with what i see, if it was up to me i would deny would straight way, this is a RP server, i see guys getting kicked for script abuse almost everyday. (Flying NOOSE Annhilator and riding with FBI or Police Cars when they are civilians).
You should not script abuse no matter what, what would you do in real life? Steal just some federal agency car uh? Problem is, most cops don't care about RP, don't use comon sense, all they need is money and rank or respect. If you wanted to go to a PD, do some jogging, burn your fatness from the donuts with some fitness training. Be creative, think a bit like real life. Cop duty is not only /duty, /dutyweapons, /su id reason, /cuff, /jail id time. That doesn't make any sense at all. I hope you go my message. Also keeping your application clean, i mean, no videos or images with no sense would help a bit.
