Title: [SA:MP] Cadet Headquarters launched!

Hello,

I am happy to announce that our Cadet Headquarters have been opened today! With this change we are making a big step forward to ensure the quality of our cadets now and in the future.

The Cadet HQ will  contain of Academy Files and guides for cadets. In the Academy Files cadets can see their own progress,  see their training reports and ask questions about anything regarding the SAPD or the Academy.

Also with this Cadet HQ we introduce the Cadet Counselors. Cadet Counselors are  members of your department who have the task to support and advice the cadets in their course of the Academy. This can be anyone with a Senior Officer rank or higher (due to their experience). 
Remember, these people are to advice and support you and are not able to give out Academy trainings.

In the near future, we will launch an user servey to check receive feedback about this introduction of the Cadet HQ.

I hope this increase the integration of cadets within the SAPD

That is very good that the cadet sessions are now better , everything is tidier , no mess at all , and it helpful.

It also good for me , i accepted today as cadet , so i will can get the enjoy of this new Headquarters .
