What would make you an good officer?: I think i'm strict. I do not make exceptions for no-one. My biggest intention is to enforce traffic laws. Numerous of times i have even pulled over FBI for violating traffic laws when not in emergency. I'm simply fair and honest.
Do you have experience on law enforcement groups?: Yes
Describe your work as an SAPD officer: Looking after traffic, making sure civilians are safe, enforcing justice and constitution of Argonath States
Why do you want the join the San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 4 lines): Well, first of all, SAPD is more organised than simple ARPD. Also, i know that i'm not perfect enough and i'm expecting SAPD academy to teach a better officer from me. And i wish to enforce justice and peace to everyone in ARgonath.

Actually, after some thinking i will withdraw MTA VC Application, the only PD's im going to stay are VCPD (VCMP), LU LCPD and SAPD, i dont know about IVMP, i have some doubts since IVMP is kinda glitchy and all that stuff..

And Cheif, please, trust me, i wont fail you this time.

What made you wish to return, its only been a short time since your last resignation...

Well, first of all, i had PC problems with running GTA SA, as i have a new one and i didnt expected to fix those problems that soon.
Also had IRL issues that has got into my way of activity, infact, my activity was shitty now wasnt it..

But i fixed these issues very soon , so soon i didnt expect, so i realised that resignation wasnt really necessary at that point.

I'm fairly sure that the Academy doesn't normally grant cadet reinstatements as they were never officers in the first place, but best of luck either way.

It was true, as i really couldnt handle it due to IRL issues and constant SAMP bugging on Windows 7. And the lost interest was just an excuse i came up so no one would ask me any questions.

You saw me on IV:MP because IVMP worked fine and SA:MP didnt, as well as VC:MP didnt, but as i said, i also had IRL issues that had to be solved.
But i respect your decision and i will complete the application process

If Max Peterson Payne (Max.Cipone)  passes his cadet entrance to become a full SAPD Officer, and has good activity - I would recommend him for immediate promotion to trial Sergeant so he can patrol Bone County  (or other areas) with SAPD support and so that SAPD can benefit from his enthusiasm and leadership skills - which may be lacking in some departments.

  On first hand experience of one of his patrols I found it well organised and well received by ARPD officers. His success so far with the group BCSD (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=21651.0) shows great promise within SAPD. His work with ARPD is inspiring and is an example to not only ARPD officers but also to SAPD.

  I would not usually merit someone I hardly know, but Max if you can show dedication to SAPD you will become quite successful.

I back what Jcstodds has written. Max has shown huge dedication to the SAPD, and I have seen him work well while working with him as his Deputy Sheriff. I also hold a very high opinion of Adam Cipone.
