NOT recommended, because:

Often kills unarmed Suspect, who don't carry any kind of weapon.
Knowns less, than basic police Codes.
(Just saw IG)Officer saw, that he carkilled a person (Santa_Claus), person remained under the police Cruiser and Officer FaKtorS didn't try to help or remove the car.

1. IF they don't try run away i don't kill em + tell me plss what's your name IG
2. I'M Learning it, i'v tryed print it but printer broken (today i promess i will print em and trylearn some one)
3. It was a accident i didn't saw him becose gate wasn't opened and he run against my car + my back crash other officer it can be reason why i didn't so fast breaked) he had low hp amm 10% our lower! U can ask.
I made him apologize for the incident. Don't know who u are (i think u are guy who i killed and u didn't crash my hp)

[1.1]. Procedures of Engagement with Force:
-Suspect is running -- Use warnings to order to stop, if they do not heed, you may open fire (Standard Duty weapons only - Deagle)
-Suspect is idle -- You must use ONLY pepper spray or baton, if they fail to comprehend after warnings, and you cannot apprehend, you may use baton or pepper spray to take down. (If suspect is armed with fire-arm while idle, you still must only use pepper spray or baton, it is advised you have another Officer to cover you with a gun).
-Suspect is unarmed and assaulting -- You must use ONLY pepper spray or baton to defend yourself against the assault, if he continues, you may neutralize but with pepper or baton only.
-Suspect is armed with fire-arm and shooting -- You may open fire immediately (No specified weapon, use anything to protect your life or others)
-Suspect is airborne/waterborne or swimming -- You may open fire after warning (No specified weapon)
-Suspect is escaping in a vehicle and your on foot -- You may open fire after warnings IF possible, and try neutralize their vehicle (No specified weapon)

SWAT members MAY use SMG as a primary weapon, instead of desert eagle.

*-When suspect is ASSAULTING WITH/HOLDING A melee weapon, you must use the same procedure as you would on an unarmed suspect.
*-If a CIVILIAN suddenly shoots with a fire-arm, and you have no time to suspect as your being shot, you may neutralize to save your life.

* - If a suspect discharges a fire-arm in the presence of police, the police can then use any weaponry necessary or drive-by any vehicle which the suspect who discharged the weapon is using or is in.

06-01-12: 10.50: Senior officer Mike walks in front of the LSCH.
Officer FaktorS drives in front of the LSCH for multyple times.
Officer FaktorS takes his gun and fires at Officer Mike.

Reason: Illegal hitman contract :: $5000,-
