The reason there probably be a 'yes' anytime soon is that the Academy doesn't accept reinstatements for cadets who willingly retracted their applications (citation needed).
Also, officer+ reinstatements are handled by the upper command staff and you were never an officer, having not passed the Academy and/or the Officers exam.
In this situation, you will most likely need to complete the current Academy again after being accepted as a cadet again. If you can't wait for something as little as that, then you are still not 'interested' enough in my opinion.

With this post i would like to Recommend this officer!
I have been in alot of RP situations with Officer Padres , and it is always a fun experience to be part of these.
This officer is also friendly and treats everyone the same.
He is very helpful towards other officers and always willing to teach others.
generally a great person to hang with off duty and to patrol with on duty , he also knows how to seperate work and private life.
I hope to see him as a member of the SAPD soon!

I stopped a car,which was driving over the speed limit.I gave him a warning.Then i saw an officer,who was chasing an suspect.the suspect got rammed by him and he gave up.Then he asked a long investigation...it was really long.At end a freecop killed him..I am still angry about it! at the rest of the time i patrolled mostly in LS...

Well...as first,i responded on a backup call to 2 suspects,they were on boat and i also called backup.Then SafetyMoose came and we chased them together with a boat.We got one and arrest him.We took him to LSPD and jailed him.Then we started to patrol together.There was a C30 on LS-LV Highway,so we responded and arrested the suspect without Deadly Force.As i jailed him,i got2go..so it wasn't so long.

Well...i asked Snr. Officer Cipone to patrol.He accepted and said,we shall meet at DPD.I drove to DPD and met ARPD Officer Schwartz.We equiped with SMG and Armor and started to patrol.Heading end,Liuzzi was a long time afk,and we,Kenawa and me,continued with patrol.We joined the pursuit with a suspect,which car exploded.he tried to evade on foot,but we could kill him.
