Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department?: because i want to enforce the law and never be on the otherside of it.

the criminal record will effect chances(depends on what you all did, and how long ago)
but everyone, certainly with 2 years of playing, will have a criminal records
outside that your experience is really good with the 2 years, you got passport so that wont stop you to join too
