Just to clear some things out here - Applicant is not straightly forbidden of doing any illegal actions such as the bank robbery/smuggling etc. I'd be better for him if he is playing cop role more, but as mentioned up there, he can sometimes relax and go off duty, i suppose. I myself do rob bank sometimes, more and less :).

I didn't say that I'll take this against his application or anything, just that he's doing some nice police work as in robbing banks more than his normal on-duty thing.

I think I should mention here, that STALKER is a danger to everyone around him when behind the wheel. His driving is absolutely atrocious, and should no way be allowed on the road. He was in pursuit earlier today with various other officers, and wrecked several police automobiles and also collided with the other officers several times during the pursuit. In the end, the criminal escaped without even changing cars. I think it is fair to say, that if STALKER was to become a cadet, he would need to go under intense driving training and I would advise him to retake his driving exams.

I would have to agree with this. STALKER is often motivated to catch criminals, but does not take into account the safety of other civilians, often swerving, driving on the wrong side of the road, not checking the suspect list, and running headfirst into a shootout with unthreatening civilians in the area.
STALKER may qualify as a cadet, but will need to go through rigorous training to reach the expectations of the VCPD.

Remember how i used to fight? No skill at all, jumping around (Bad habbit from LU). Well, now during VCPD Academy, im getting better, getting better with FS and CShot, also learning slide (Yes, they do teach that in academy).
I took you down a few times already, as for rookies in fighting like me and STALKER it means a lot, so please, don't be hard on him :donut:

The Academy itself does not teach sliding (etc.) specifically.
I know that many individuals in the server use a combination of fighting techniques, but I am unsure on the current status of certain ones.
Something that must be cleared up from the top, than over here.

Dude, i was [IT] gang council, then [TGC] Leader, i did so much against cops back in the day.
But they accepted me faster than most of the current applicants, it's just the matter if you show courage and professionalism, simply show your willing to join, teamwork skills, and they will notice it.

Also he fails to understand the policy of /c sur.
Copban for a week is what I suggest for him as he is unable to work as a team with other freecops, refuses to do a tactical moves and instead reloads his shotgun that he even cannot shoot with.

Don't give me your lazy excuses. Protocol is protocol and I expect law enforcement to keep their characters within rules no matter how much of a prick their opponent might be, so do not attempt to justify rulebreaking because "you were provoked", which is nothing more than bullshit invented by the lazy to justify fighting fire with fire instead of upholding a standard. Self defense is one thing, but stooping to their level is something else altogether.

Here criminals indeed intend to provoke officers to misconduct in any way possible , if perhaps you would be atleast a little more active , you would notice that.
Don't give me your lazy excuses. Protocol is protocol and I expect law enforcement to keep their characters within rules no matter how much of a prick their opponent might be, so do not attempt to justify rulebreaking because "you were provoked", which is nothing more than bullshit invented by the lazy to justify fighting fire with fire instead of upholding a standard. Self defense is one thing, but stooping to their level is something else altogether.

I have already cleared it out with Legend, the stupid petition was just a mistake, i withdrew it for a reason.

VCMP is very different than any other Argonath Community, criminals here are though and will do ANYTHING, and i mean it, ANYTHING, to get you raging. That includes MASS PROVOKING from EVERY CRIMINAL and CITIZEN, i've been victim of happenins like that once, but step by step i became immune to these, now STALKER isnt that immune yet, give him time, he is a good officer, i have patrolled with him more than once. Yes, i agree that he might have some annoying habit to talk nosense in mainchat and TS (Sorry STALKER), but atleast he is active

No player - ranks/positions aside - should be victim to rulebreaking and expected to become "immune" to it, in the same way that no one is excused from the community rules.
Really, the guys in the Admin Team aren't that bad, just drop them a message if you have a problem, and you can be sure that at least something will be done about it, even if it isn't very visible immediately.
As for Command Staff and all, no one's perfect and we could all make improvements, sure.
But an individual wouldn't be there if they were incapable of the task.
None of the structures are set in stone forever. :)

Try to remember that unlike the VCPD, the FBI operates more discretely. Unless the officer is the FBI Director, or you were allowed to post that information, you cannot disclose someone's undercover status. Luckily I was able to convince him that I wasn't an agent, so I don't want to see you kicked out of the VCPD, but consider this a warning not to do it again.
