I have this one which I can edit for your own preferences if you want, such as the rank and number etc.. But I wouldn't be able to get around to doing it until the weekend.

Like,black is for Lspd
Silver for Sfpd
White for Lvpd,
I want it to be plain and just with a logo at the roof
