Can i request someone to send me working file with ELM 9.1 after install? I have problem with install this mod, and please inform me step by step how install this. I have problem with send personal message and i ask here.I think this topic is in the wrong section but i dont know where can send this. Anyone can help me?

What exact problems are you having with it? After downloading the ELM 9.1 files just follow the steps directly in the readme and it should work just fine. If you have a problem installing CLEO 4 I would suggest placing the file on your desktop and running it as an administrator, thats how I fixed my issue getting CLEO installed.

I have
 
Samibuilder
CLEO 4
ELM 9.1

and still, When i start GTA SA, And press F12, Nothing happends.....
