Have you read the VC:MP related guides in Police Procedures board: Yes, I have and I swear to abide by these rules unless when it is deemed necessary not to.

Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department: I would like to protect the citizens of the United States of Argonath from the criminal underworld.

Still haven't seen much of you, but what I have seen is that you can communicate well. Not sure that you've been around as long as you say you have though..

True, I dont show up that much, but I have been registered since that while and have popped up every now and again.
