You have to respect everyone, the Civilians, Higher and Lower Ranked Officers. Also, the Suspects need respect, also if they have already surrendered.
Don't point a gun at uncuffed, surrendered, unarmed Suspect. Also, don't shoot them, if they are uncuffed.

I'll highligt some good things you seriously need to acknowldge.
1. Stop the provoking to others.
2. Stop the poor attitude ingame and on Teamspeak.
3. It is YOUR responsibility if your brother goes on your account, not ours.
4. ONE account per person. If needed, contact a Server Manager to get permission for your brother to play from the same connection.

Incorrect. If a civilan is arrersted under Act III.III of Section III is he allowed to be interrogated. A warrant isn't needed.
Seems so interested to join the force, patrolled with him couple of days ago. Scared to commit mistakes but he's improving for every day that pass. Review your attitude and try to find out what you can improve, since it's lot of things.

You seem like a nice guy, try to focus more on the police work, at least while applying. Of course you can go relax off duty, but try not to commit any major crime, as a result of that you may be seen by the force like a Threat. Try patrolling with experienced officers to improve your own skills and even the English ones!

Hello Applicant,
I am happy to announce your application has been accepted. You have also been queued into SAPD Academy, in this academy you will learn the core values and procedures that an SAPD Officer must learn and embrace to be able to be the absolute best he possibly can. You will be observed ingame by every member of the SAPD, so it is YOUR responsibility to act professionally at ALL times!
From the moment you are accepted onwards, you should be learning the regulations and procedures to be able to carry out your cop work to the absolute best of your ability - this will give you the skills and experience to make it into the SAPD and to continue to be the best cop you possibly can be. The SAPD is not for everyone, so checking out the regulations and procedures will also give you a chance to see whether or not you're cut out for the SAPD or not.
You may start lessons on the academy on 11/04/2012. The academy will exist out of 6 sessions: 2 theoretical sessions, 1 theoretical examination and 3 practical sessions. We will finish with the final examination, to check if you are ready to become an officer. On the academy you have your own topic at the Cadet Headquarters (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?board=184.0). here you can ask questions and see the sessions you have completed.

[BCSD]Max told me to post this;
This SAPD Cadet has been fired from BCSD (Bone County Sheriff's Department) for the following reasons;
*Lack of Maturity
*Disregarding Command orders
*Performing BCSD Duties while suspended
Today he also Deathmatched me and Shadow at EQPD. He came to us and thinked/thought; ''bastards'' and started shooting at us. On the screen you can see my low HP from when he shot me.
