Post by: Omar Aly on April 02, 2012, 18:44:34 pm: Hello my friends, I hereby resign from SAPD for several reasons.

First of all it's my activity, in the current LVPD state, I don't think I can provide the decent ammount of activity that is expected from me, maybe I'll reapply in summer, but I won't stay when I know I can't provide decent ammount of activity.

Then its the current states of LVPD, as I saw I don't like where LVPD is going and honestly with no offence to current LVPD command, I won't like to be blammed if anything goes wrong because I don't like the current way they're doing things so I guess this is the best deciession in the time being.

I wouldn't say goodbye because I'll still be in argonath, and I'll still be serving ARPD, but not in LVPD division. It was a pleasure being in LVPD.

See you Omar, you're a good, polite guy. Respect to you.

I remember when you first joined the SAPD...I saw you and thought "Pfft, there's a guy who will not get in". I thought totally wrong! You continued on to excel, and every time I saw you, your english had improved, your mannerisms had improved, along with your SAPD ability.
I can honestly say I was speechless. The SAPD has just lost a bloody good Sergeant.

Continuing on, you kept on growing to this point.

I hope to see you around or back soon as it sure won't be the same without you being here. Your definitely one of the most respectful officers there has been and I hope you keep ahold of that.

I saw you left due to the current situation LVPD is in. Looking at the experience you have on the field, I think the LVPD could need your attention because you are one of the "well known" LVPD members. You know how they work and you could teach this to new members of the department. By this I mean, that I think you can have a great role in bringing the LVPD to their old level. I would say this is a better result than walking away from the problems, but in the end it's still your own decision. You should consider this, in the next days.

If you decide you will stay with your decision to leave, I wish you all the best and will see you on the field while working as a freelance officer.

However, you have improved ALOT during ONE year. You've gained experience and been a teacher towards new as old officers. I could never imagine you hold up a Sergeant rank the way you did it one year ago. You're an excellent example of people improving by time.

Too bad you leaving now, but I hope to see you back since I would appricate it, alot.

I still remember once, when i was LVPD Recruit, some "gangsta" from a gang that has been settled somewhere in LV threatened me on the phone, me, you and some other Officer got there and tought them some respect to LVPD members :lol:

Anyways, sad to see you leaving Omar, you were one of the most kind people i met in LVPD, good luck! :cry:
