Best colleagues,

As you may of heard, I have decided to resign from the SAPD.

I am going to be trying my hand at some new career prospects.

I've loved every single minute with you guys - don't get me wrong and I wish you all success in your roles and may you keep on developing the SAPD for years to come.

I no longer feel I am needed within the SAPD, I thank Jaaskaa for the role I was placed it, but I don't think it's for me, I don't seem to actually have to do any work, I liked doing regular work, and I loved my work leading DPD and ACS, this was the greatest honor for me, I made my goal of being a Captain, and I loved every minute of it. But time for a change for me.

It's been a lovely time, and I wouldn't change it for the world. Really, I wouldn't. But now I feel I need a change and would like to pursue a new career.

It's been a pleasure serving with you.

Serve the SAPD well boys.

Jaaskaa - Thanks for the chance in the new role, but after long consideration I've found it not to be for me, sorry mate, I'll catch you on MSN. Good luck Commissioner.
Pancher - Thank you very much for everything Chief, you've been great, and I wish you luck in leading the SAPD, you will do just great, make sure to save me some meetballs from IKEA.
Paul - Thank you for everything Paul, you have been a role model for me and without you, I wouldn't even be in this position today. You gave me a chance at leading DPD and I truely did love it, every single minute of it and I wouldn't change it for the world, you are a great guy Paul, do the SAPD well, thank you very much. Our times were brilliant back in DPD.
Sushi - Best of luck leading Southern Command Sushi, do it proud, you are a great captain and they are lucky to have you.
Sean & Flameman - Good luck in your new(ish) rules I am sure you will do them perfectly well and will serve the SAPD well, pushing it into new and better directions.
Chase, Tom and Matrix - Best of luck with the new SWAT boys, I hope to work with you out on the field in the nearest future, steer it well boys, she's a big ship.
Nexxt and the rest of the Academy Leadership - Good luck with it, you are doing a fine job, keep on improving. It's the future command you may be training.
The rest of the command - Sorry I haven't named you individually, but I wish you the best of luck in your positions and do the SAPD well.
Cadets - Work hard, do your training's well and become fine officers.
Everybody else - Once more sorry I haven't named you, this topic would be huge if I named everybody. But I wish you luck, work hard and keep the SAPD a float. Do your best, nobody can ask for more. Set this ship in the right direction and do a damn fine job like most of you are already.

See you all out on the field - but in a new capacity.

Woah, they lost a very good captain.
I know we had good, funny, bad times together in DPD and in SWAT, you were a true leader for me and example for me how to work as an officer, I wish you the best of luck in your life.

From "Freecop" to Captain, I've watched you all the way!
I remember when you first joined DPD, and started progressing. In fact...I think I remember you a little from when you were still light blue!

But hey, the way to move forwards is in the name. Move. Sensible decision boy'o, though of course I'm sad to see you go. Have fun in whatever you do...as for IRL careers, just remember:
- You've got to do it for a bloody long time, so make sure you like what you choose!

Reece, or Chuck. I was really surprised the moment I noticed this topic and started reading it. I don't know you much, and that's mainly because of the long break I took a year ago.. I wish I stayed active, to see you progress, like Ben said. I extremely wish for you a happy life, and a good career.

Damnit, this sucks! I know you from the time you are a cadet, when we done your sessions together (and some other teachers did) and then your exam. I knew you was a wonderfull cop, I even remembered when I did my best to get you into SWAT (I can just admit that by now ;p) and one day you got in.

From the time you became an officer, it went fast and you went through the jobs really fast. I am proud to see what you reached and I hope you will remember this as a very good time! I just have a question, do you leave because you do have an issue in the SAPD or do you honestly think you need a change in your roleplay carreer?

Hey there Reece,
I remember my first days in the ARPD since you were an officer and I still remember out time we had together and your appriciated help and field work.
Good luck on your future career, whenever it is, aswell in the LCPD force.
I hope I will still see you patrolling with some SAPD members inculdes me, that is my wish for you.

Well farewell Reece, I still remember the day when we were in SWAT, doing trainings, operating things out, and with your support and effort everything went cool. I apologize for any fights, If we had any, but you'll still be remembered as great officer. Looking forward to work with you in future, this resignation made me think about few things. All the great guys are leaving, but who will be the "idol", if the greatest officers will leave? It's just a question, but I bet no-one will answer. Reece was the "idol" of everyone, atleast me.

I introduced a former Captain around a year ago, I must have done a hell of a job!
On a more serious note; During on year / twelve months / three hundred sixty five days have you accomplished things only few of us who is apart of SAPD today are able to do. You're a part of the group that have made SAPD what it's today and where we're heading.

Thanks for the effort and extremely high activity you've shown! It was a pleasure. Good luck with what ever you gonna do now but let Sauron help you if I see you in a vehicle with criminals!

You were quite unique actually.
Back at the end of 2011 when Leroy was Chief and I was Captain we had feared for u. As you know yourself, plans were going against into the wind with you.
We feared that you would be a "forever lieutenant" you proceeded and kept fighting with DPD with wind coming from ahead. Alot of changes happened.
But in the end you've succeeded in pride and glamour. You dramaticly improved and became to the captain who just resigned, without doubt most of the guys here have the same opinion; a good captain.

Well.. well..

It's been a hell of a journey together in the SAPD.
When i became a SAPD Lieutenant and took lead of Dilimore Police Department, I was observing every single officer within the department and generated new command members within the department and you were one of them people who got chosen.

I tried my best to keep everything stable and slim while i was leading the department to get that kind of feeling that we are a Sheriff Department. Many creativity, organizations and techniques were made by the department and we became successful from a dark end of the SAPD.
My work was then considered to be excellent and got promoted to Captain while i still left you as Sergeant for a while till i got a full impression and experience from you and how you work. The time came when i trusted you in a high level and i gave you potential and opportunity to become a member of the SAPD Command.

Then came the moment where i required a Captain to lead DPD for sometime after i became one of the Chiefs. This process took us a while to complete whereas we had to test you with your leadership and dedication.

I may have had a few shouts at you before.. But remember that was only to improve your work so you achieve your next level in a slight way instead of waiting longer.
Lastly i attempted to lead you in the correct path for the past changes that have been occurring by the ARPD Chief, but that was up to you fella.

I watched you grow from a 'freecop' from my seemingly permanent Senior Officer position, to the Captain rank that you finally managed to achieve.

You made your way through pretty much the entire rank structure in under a year. You were certainly doing something right!
