Try googling, I am pretty sure you'll find pics for LV/SF/LSPD. For the rest I think someone has to, or you could do it with camhack.

Don't be lazy fakeass, go through the San Andreas and make photo's of them, and if you have them, use programs to edit them, some of them are pretty simple

Y not use ENB if u want true HQ? i mean u can readjust it really easily
