By the way was a cold day. Strange... When I heard over radio that an organised patrol is going on. I joined immiedeatly. I was happy to see my comrade, Snr. Officer Don. We were a total of 10 officers there. I was in car with Don and Irina. We patrolled over Market, Temple, Idlewood, Pershing, Commerce, Conferrence and so on. It was a nice patrol. Full of action, but not many shootouts. Better for me, because I was not in the mood for a C30. Mircea, it is good to see you trying for SAPD again despite a lot of rejections. You do have potential for being an officer, however I think you should improve on a few things.
- Act like a police officer with the suitable professionalism, on the radio on or the field.
Sometimes I can see you going FULL CAPS over the radio and act like a child, no offense. You don't give off the authority as a SAPD officer if you do so.
Act like an officer.- Don't shoot standing suspects (Last time I saw you do that was probably a mistake but...)
Yes, you should follow SAPD procedures if you want to become an officer. It is imperative that you do so, then other officers will generally have a good impression of you and will make working easier.
Besides, try showing some proper activity, you don't have to be on everyday, but at least 3 days a week would be nice. It does not really matter because it's the quality that matters. Hope you don't get rejected again. Good luck!
10-6 means 'Out of service, but available'. For instance if I was watching newspaper and having some coffee I would say 'Uxx 10-6 for newspaper break'. You'll have to answer to emergencies and backup calls.

Was a good day. I responded to a mostly probably drug deal, but resulted in a shootout. I called for backup, but not needed at all... took down 2/3 suspects there with over 5-6 bullets in my chest [30% HP]. The other was finally detained to DPD after 10mins of chase. Then, I gone to some backup calls, started some unfinished chases, taken care of a little riot at LSCH, and assisted a fire scene at Green Palms, Bone County. I started by watching firemen extinguishing the fires at Idlewood. Immiedeatly then, a suspect appeared shooting me. As a result, the law was served. But it were too many events to be told here. What can I say per short, I am very ,,scary,,. Suspects are afraid of me, even if I am alone. Why? I don't really know but I like it. And they must fear because I killed a suspect or two in each shootout, then the rest retreated. Of course, I couldn't make it sometimes without the help of my backups. Thanks guys, appreciate that! hehe. I was going to be kidnapped, but I evaded immiedeatly, and law was served again. But I ran away for few minutes to wait for backup, reheal, then I came back. That 207 blue became a C30A at Idlewood-Ganton. 1 suspect was killed by mistake, 1 detained and 1 killed with ice cold blood by me, because he was a.... nevermind... I can say just he was always quarreling with me. And he deserved that death. Anyway, some consider it revenge kill, but he had a M4 spitting bullets here and there! I had to do it. WOW. It was one of the best days in my life. But became even mmore astonishing when I heard about the cadets wave. Therefore I am starting to work harder. But this doesn't matter in this moment. Therefore, here is the story:: I was 10-6 at LSPD eating doughnuts, when I heard by radio there is a drug dealer in our city. Started a long chase, I was also kidnapped, few of my pals died, but we finally got him! I followed our rules:: Arresting, Confiscation, Detain! It's exactly what I did. I took the suspect to Mordor. There, I investigated him and his aider. After some loooong time, he finally game me all he had I understanded from some admins( it was an admin needed so...). Then jailed him for 10mins, because he complied after all. If he didn't want to comply, he would have to stay in a cell for 1hrs and 30mins. This is confirmed by Steven jeffrey. Anyway, this guy joined black list on DEA. Today I also took down some suspects with just few bullets of Deagle, despite of lag, took care of a little riot at LSCH, nothing exciting. I can say a C30 would be good. Not the case. But that chase that lasted most of the patrol, made my day. Looking forward for more! Contacting FBI with evidence is the way to go. And then, in most cases, the FBI will sue them... for a lot of money. Especially in this case he defied orders from officers and blatant drug trading is making sure he gets hit hard. Along with a decent sentence in federal prison. Then there are mugshots, fingerprints and etc... Don't ask how I knew this.
- -- What if a suspect is drug dealing with other. Despite of our warnings he continues to give the drugs to the other suspect. What to do then? Shoot dead? By spray we do nothing. Baton neither. Therefore or admin or death is solution. If so, what to do? --

I really have better skills! I killed more suspects than ever. I finished ALONE a C30A at GS9. Many suspects were killed. I think I pressed F8 not so much as it had to be. But these photos says everything about me. Also, there were 207s. I took control on the second, 1 kidnapper, 1 hostage. But... the hero was the hostage. He killed the kidnapper. Don't ask me how. This is how my first ,,lead,, into a 207 failed. Well I shouldn't dream so often at glory. But I felt well when negotiating. Since I got the idea... You just keep the suspect on line till SWAt is equipping up, an officer/FBi agent brings in the briefcase with ,,money,, and takes the hostage, and SWAT and others breaches. That's all(I think so...) Own comment: Today training is Parachuting Training organised by me alone.This was my first time organise and it goes very well,every attending officer was very discipline and able to listen order from me and they have their fun and learn something new about Parachute from high sky and land it on building roof with safety.First,it was started at San Fierro Police Department all have gather and line on the wall i was Introduce myself and given a short brief about Parachuting Training.Every officer has understood and we get in police maverick and move to Mount Chiliad,whetstone.SAPD Captain SeanC was supervisor on us all the time but he left it in middle of training.Only Sergeant Dolfa. late joined the training.
The first goal of Training is every officer must jump from Mount Chiliad,Whetstone and land it on Angel pine Police Department Roof.Some of officer success landing on roof top but some of officer are not due to some mistake from jumping and fall down.The second try is we was went back all the way up to top of Mount Chiliad,Whetstone by police car from Angel Pine Police Department.The second goal to officer is they have to land on Chicken Shop roof at Angel Pine who ever success they will reward $2500.After jumping and reach there the winner was SAPD Cadet Goran_Silencio.I was request all officer back to San Fierro Police Department for some short comment before dismiss.

He was finally shot down at DPD. lethal force used. Then, I patrolled over LS, RC, FLC, and took down more suspects. Then I had an EPIC PIT at Palisades. 2 suspects were evading in a Sultan. The roads were going up and down up and down. I can't believe it, but I pitted that car in mid-air. Exploded in few seconds, because it was flaming in mid air. Somehow, I had bigger speed, and fell right ON it's roof. The suspects were downed. THen headed to SFPD for a heli for a AU patrol over SA hero spots. All clear. This was my patrol! Description of Operation:
As i was up to do my Assignment,i called out a Traffic checkpoint.We met up at LSPD Garage and a low ammount of officers came.Also 2 LSPD Officers, friends of me, came to me to help me leading this.After 20 min talking and preparing, we were at Flint Intersection to set-up the traffic checkpoint.No ARA was online, so we made the checkpoint out of cars.This took some time, because Don was trying to make a big roadblock.I didnt really understood his idea and let him do it allone.As we were almost finished, a ARA guy came online and came to us with his trial-member.they built a nice checkpoint to avoid trespassers and the work began.We had 4 cars, using them as "doors".I lost a bit control of my members because it was my first time leading such, but i tried to and succeeded.
While this Operation,single units left and entered,so it may be possible that i forgot to call a unit.At the end, as i stopped the Operation due to Lag, i called all officers to line up infront of me.Except the fine work they all did, this was the worst.Only 4 Units attended at the end.All others went away or went offline.This might be caused because of Spam(/cb|/p|etc.) but i am sure, some officers didnt want to line up at the end.
Summary:
Every unit did perfect work, keep it up! We had single trespassers as always, but most of civilians stopped and we came home alive.

Summary of operation:
This was Heavy patrol,We patrolled in LS Area also we had some situations outside LS, All Units responded to the backup calls,We had four PCs and an Air-Unit and HPU-Unit, Every three officers assigned a Callsign and Location and they got equipped by Lt.Don with armor and Mp5 Bullets.
Specific incidents:
1.) Two Suspects spotted at idlewood.
After we started the patrol every unit was heading to the assigned location, Our units spotted two criminals at idlewood heavy armed and called for backup, All units responded. When i arrived at the scene other units already took down one suspect and the other one tried to escape, I chased him and we blocked him and boxed him in and took down his vehicle, He tried to escape but we had to take him down.
2.) Suspect Evading in fast car, Officer Requested backup.
While all units were patrolling, one of our units got spotted a Criminal evading in fast car he requested backup, I joined the pursuit and Asked the suspect to stop and surrender he refused the other two units who were in my car got out of the window and opened fire on the car until it exploded the suspect surrendered, I applied cuffs on him and took him to jail.
3.) Officer requested backup on dangerous suspect evading in fast car.
I responded to the scene and my units get out of the window and took the tires down, he lost control and crashed then he got out of the car and stood, one of our units was going to cuff him and all others were aiming suddenly suspect opened fire and we immediately took him down, The officer was injured and was all the day in the hospital he couldn't return to the patrol.
4.) Hit and run.
While some of our units were eating a Civilian was speeding and crashed into the PD Car and evaded, Our units immediately ran to the car and requested backup over the radio at this moment i was jailing a suspect when i finished i ran to the car and putted the sirens on and Headed to the scene the suspect was on the a hill/mountain at Red county i took the highway while other units were chasing him and caught him after some seconds my partners asked him to stop and surrender several times but he refused they got out of the window and disabled his vehicle the suspect started running other units took him down.
Conclusion of operation:
We Cleaned the streets of Los Santos and Red county also responded to some situations at Las Venturas all situations were sucessful, All units did great job and the communication was great too, LSPD Activity still growing.

Summary of operation:
This patrol went extremely good, until the server crashed for several minutes, up to half an hour which made us end it as we did not have the officers back, or at least not enough of them.However, the half an hour that we patrolled our jurisdiction went perfect, we even had a 207 in Panopticon, not far away from Los Santos and we successfully managed to save the hostage and arrest the kidnapper.
Specific incidents:
1.) I decided to organise a patrol in Los Santos in order to be able to protect the streets of Los Santos without having to die because of dangerous criminals all around our city...therefore, once having this organised patrol advertised over the CB radio, we immediately had more and enough members attending.After being equiped with armours and some rounds of SMG, they were all assigned three per car and each car was given a patrol area where they needed to stay in unless any backup calls or orders from leaders to go somewhere else.
2.) After we reported in service in the radio, we responded to few situations around Los Santos, however all of them were minor situations, such as suspects evading which implied no usage of weaponary, fortunately.We had only one suspect at Idlewood, near Gas Station 9 who started shooting at us, however he was immediately taken down by our units.
3.) After these minor situations, we received a call about a hostage around The Panopticon, in Red County.We met at DPD and responded to the 207 situation, however once arrived there we spotted the kidnapper running alone, so two of our Police Cruisers engaged him and the rest of us started searching around The Panopticon for the hostage.After few minutes of searching, we found him inside a house a bit injured, but nothing too heavy.We put him inside one of our cruisers and transported him at Market hospital where the medics took care of him.
Conclusion of operation:
Although it was quite a shot patrol, it was a very useful one as we managed to arrest one kidnapper, save the hostage, took down two to three criminals who either shot at us or refused to surrender after countless warnings.We also had around three traffic stops, two of them at Market-Commerce area and the third one at Temple, opposite to FBI HQ.The drivers were not ticketed, however one of them was warned for reckless driving and received a driving point on his license.

Well, yeah it was my bad. But I have a story from the nearby past. Here it goes. I was joking and trolling with a buddy, and I was standing on his car, while he was driving. Then, he decided to ,,kidnap,, me. I was on his Dune. ( no it wasn't Dell or Ramo ). Then the trolling stopped, he got some more guys ( about 7-8 ). They /getin the Dune. Then, I was told to suspect them all. So, I had to use suspect command about 10 times in a row. Then, I got, unwannable, used with this. And, mechanically, every time I am on a car, even if I don't realize, I suspect the driver. ( no I am not crazy! ) Just got very used to. But, few seconds after, I finally see the situation and ask for unsuspection. Like Omar said below. And, when about shooting, NO WAY! I could get kicked for it. ( yes I get kicked often... nevermind it, another situation there ). Yeah, I was AIMING, but no SHOOTING. I always aim, to be sure I am safe. Nb. 1 rule of surviving. Maybe it was lag, and when I was aiming, and the officers shooting from behind, it was considered I was shooting you. I would tough the same. And I finally got off at PnS. Well, here we are Daniel.
