I can see your are pretty much interested in the VCPD. Also, you are a communicative and friendly person, from what I've seen.
That was a good roleplay action we had today. As I said in-game, as long as your activity is good, you will make it easily to the cadet rank. In the meantime you can read the rules again/familiarise yourself with the server commands etc. Other than that, good luck. :)

Because you will probably lose all the skills with the "lock on"
