10. Why do you want to join the LCPD?: All the officer who applied in LCPD, just for 1 reason, To serve and protect and to give protection to the citizen of LC and remove crimes from Liberty City and that's what make me to apply in LCPD

I think you are not allowed to post application so soon after denial. It just passed two days after your denial and you are already improved enough? Anyway, higher command a.k.a. Cheif Hawk will give a final word about your application.

Achieving skills is not 2 days matter. I'm in the force for almost 9 months and there is still bunch of things to improve. I also didn't expect you will re-apply so soon, I personally would take at least 2 weeks, in which I would focus on improving myself. But, well, it is your decision, if you think you have improved enough from the last time. Remember, you will be watched closely, and every mistake can be fatal. Start posting patrol reports if you still think you are ready.
