Conclusion(s):
Really dangerous and nerve wracking day.When I patroled, up Market,  I saw a trailer with officers surrouding it.I approached when I was informed that the trailer was wired with a bomb, I called in assistance.We climbed the Trailer, digged up the dirt, when we saw the bomb, the bomb was a C4 Class bomb, Plastic explosive, Me&Officer Drix started opening the bomb, when he cutted the wrong wire, the bomb started going faster and faster when Drix cutted the Yellow wire, then the ticking stopped.
They arrested the Man that was driving the Truck, we went back to base, and day saved!.

Conclusion(s):
When we started patroling we we're in my HPU.At first we went to check out a suspect.When we arrived he was in a car of a civilian, we suspected the civilian for Aid. Afterwards we slowly approached the car, shooting its tires in order the car does not go.The suspect give up insantly when he saw us with M4's and stuff.Couple civilians approached, and made a little confusion, but nothing serious.The other suspect was sleeping(afk) when we woken him up via dragging him out of the car.They we're resisting arrest at first, but then they complied with us.We drove them to LVPD when they took out knifes & guns, situation was resolved.We did stop lots of other suspects and arrest them too.(i have no time to make that much detailed report :<)

Good day after all, 1 207.The situation begun when SAPD Cadet Vince Hudson reported in over the radio, I rushed to the site with my sirens on(C3) When I  arrived there we're only 5 units on the site, and inside we're 2 kidnappers and 1 hostage.
They killed the hostage with out any reason, and we rushed in(Me and Vince), We took them out both, I took out 1 and Vince took out the other.
It was a somewhat good day.

As I was patroling, I heard a call thro the radio, I rushed to the site, the situation was located near LSDS.A suspect was hiding inside.We thought that there's only 1 Suspect, and not 4...When we kicked the door, 4 individuals ran out of the building, with Side-Arms mark Desert Eagle. They opened fire, and we returned, all suspects we're downed during this incident.

When I was doing office work, couple of man walked in with a suspect, and a officer, I reached for my Pistol, and then I saw that the suspected man in cuffed, he asked me for a investigation, I leaded him to the "Processing" Office, I locked the door, and we begun.It was a somewhat short investigation, clear case of abuse, There we're 3 witnesses.I noted the man with his rights, he accepted them.When we finished, I came to a conclusion that the man is innocient, and that he was abused with out a reason. I Called Captain Sean, to Un-Suspect the man. They thanked me, and I apologised in the name of the Suspecting officer, that abused the man.

Conclusion(s):
The day started, when I started my shift. I Heard some hassle on the radio, and I started listening carefully, and I heard that there was a C30 inside "Luciano family Night Club" Estate. I rushed to the site, making a road block. Joining us we're our federal friends, they provided us with Armor. The first "go" was really bad, we got crippled, and shooted at, we escaped the very moment. The second run, we gathered some tactics and stormed the building, and "bam" We rushed towards in cover, due It's somewhat a Strip-Bar, there we're balconies, We went to the West side, Me and Jack, supported covering fire for the units that we're moving. Eventually we started going low on ammo, units we're low on armor as well, We started a fall back, when a Unit was left in the middle of action, I rushed to aid him out of the building, but I was low on ammo as well I had 12 bullets in a SMG...I supported covering fire, as long as I could... He barely ran out of the damn building, I switched to my Deagle, When, on the stair-way, I got ambushed from both sides, I shoot the Enemy south from me (behind), I killed him with ease, But, the Northen Suspect was a problem, He had a Spaz-12 Automatic Shotgun.
I was still laying covering fire for the units, so I could just exit the building, when everyone exited, I exited as well, killing 2 Suspects in the retreat.The third run was a success. After Re-arming and re-healing, we re-entered the building, praying god. When we entered, a Agent and Me, layed covering fire (AGAIN), via M4 rifles and SMG's.
Most of the units, succeed to get to the Balconies.Afterwards, it was just plain shooting them, they we're low on ammo, and armor, and it was easy at the end...

I was passing by East Beach, when I saw a truck driver, running through the whole place, Captain Kenny, and his partner engaged, I joined the prisuit, we bursted his tires, but still that did not stop him, he moved towards the beach, and We opened fire, and he runned into water, the driver drowned, due he couldn't open the door...

Nice day, I patrolled via a Shamal, It was good fun, even though it's a beast in prisuits. As I heard a call from the FBI, about a Suspect missing in BC, I responded, and found him, in prisuit we're 2 cars, one FBI, and Lt.Tom. We prisuited him into the Hover dam, atleast near it, and he fell into the water, due I was going way to fast, I was really close to kill myself and the Suspect, I pulled up, and survived somewhat, FBI handeled the suspect. I Went back to LVAP, Singing out of the radio.

At the begining a fun, and naive day, untill, a Mob, named Luciano kidnapped a Federal agent, they moved out in a boat, Luckly I was close, and I entered a Predator, keeping close to them.
With no reason, they opened fire at me, getting me to get far. A Mobster fell of the boat, I rushed to take him into custody, when they came back for him, disabling my vehicle...
I was alone in the water, when they executed the agent with no reason, and I was apperently next, We we're south from SMB. I dived quickly, attempting to loose the prisuiers, I failed, They shotted me in the leg...When FBI Came in with a Hydra, saving me and neutralising the kidnappers.

Conclusion(s):
I was passing by Santa Maria Beach, Luciano HQ, when I saw atleast 10/20 suspects, I engaged the NOS In my vehicle, speeding to flank them from the back (North).
When I got in position, they we're pinned down by the entrance, and their vehicles, I discharged fire from my M4, taking down 2 Luciano Members, that we're firing back.
One of them rushed into the building, I entered as well. I shouted out a warning, hoping that he will comply, then he took out a shotgun, blasting me in the vest, I shoot him, neutralising him, quickly. The little bullets from the shot-gun did not inflict anykind of damage.
When I exited, most of the suspects we're neturalised. I went back to the LSPD, for a little break, and to make a patrol report (This one).

Conclusion(s):
I decided to help out the new-coming officers, by making a little "School" I Hope that I helped them. Atleast 5/6 officers we're participating. This happened in LSPD, the meeting room, I told them the basics of how to be a good officer, the regulations, and some of the most important codes. There we're quite a lot officers that we're actually intrested in my sayings. I hope that they learned a lot, and that they'll continue to work good. After ending the "school" I noticed FBI Division Cheif Jones, looking around the LSPD, I had a little chit chat with him, when I heard about a 207 Situation.
I jumped in a Police cruiser with my patrol partner, driving to the situation, first responders we're SAPD Cadet Meh, Me&My Partner, and FBI Member Jones.
When we arrived there we're 2 of them that exited the building discharging atleast 100 bullets from a assault rifle mark M4, they entered the building when the hostage exited.
We consulted  Jones, he told me and Jonathan Collin to check out the building, when we entered, there we're 2 Kidnappers with a Automatic Shotgun (Combat Shotgun aka Spaz-12) And a Millitary dressed fella with a M4, me and Officer Jonathan runned into a hallway, opening fire at them, I downed one of the kidnappers, and Jonathan took out the other one. I took a bullet or two to my (irony) knee. thankfully there was a EMS Waiting outiside.
At the end the situation was resolved, ended up quite good.

Me and Vince we're driving in the country side of LS, when I heard over my personal radio (PM) that the Luciano will rob the LS Bank or SF
Me and Officer Vince informed Lt.Adams about the doings, we rushed to the Bank, securing the area. When we arrived Lt.Adams called for additional units, inorder we can secure the place better. We secured it, looking for possible Robbers, nothing. When I moved a bit east I noticed a band of people Breaching and entering the LS Museum. I shouted for Lt Adams, informing him of the given situation. All the sudden, the "robbers" entered their Saloon Cars mark Sultan, and rushed to the SF Bank aiding some other robbers. Kidnappers decided to give up (I keept loosing connection in this part :<), and the situation was resolved pretty good, with out a single bullet fired.

I Was minding my own buissines, writing on some reports. When I heard over the radio "ALL UNITS INSIDE LSPD, EVACUATE, AND SECURE THE VICINITY OF THE LSPD" I rushed out to see what is going in, to my right, I saw a C4 mark bomb, with a big radius. Officer Jack moved in to assist FBI Cadet Cursaw, I Looked over Jack's shoulder, on what is going in, there we're 3 wires, a red a green and a yellow one. Jack was still examining the bomb. When the timer on the bomb moved from 1960 Seconds to 68 seconds, as I saw that I pushed the bomb, into a somewhat Hole, in order that the explosion lowers it's effect, It did work, but I failed to get to a safe-distance, so I went quite high, and fell back to the ground, thankfully EMS Was near, they saved me.

Quite of a day. We started at GS8, with a little breakfast. Officer Edward joined us, and our patrol began. We we're driving to SF, When we saw a Jacket on the rock, near the mountain, We stopped to investigate. Officer Morais contacted Sheriff Jimmy Bowling, and he informed us about a missing boy in the vicinity of AP. We went to the APPD, grabin' some Ranchers. Morais bringed a K-9 Unit with him. We started patroling to the summit of the mountain, and found nothing, we moved to the trash-yard down the mountain, searching for the boy there. We found him with a bike, un injured, just frightened, I lifted him to the Evac Heli. We entered, and Morais piloted us back to AP, where the kid returned to his parents. We continued our patrol, in a SFPD Cruiser, in which the patrol began. We patrolled the whole SF Area. We we're checking the Doherty Drug spot, finding nothing, even though we saw something or someone... Our patrol ended after me and Officer Morais having a chit-chat at SFPD, where I signed out.

Conclusion(s):
I Responded to a Sucidal Person Call, with C3 when I arrived on the site we're 2 firemen and a Officer, I moved to the suicidal person, talking him in, to not jump off the Star-tower. We've been reasoning him for atleast 3 Hours (30 minutes) When he finally decided to step off the edge, he wanted to jump due His parents died, and he was -500k In debt, we promised him help. When we went down the tower, he started acting like he's suffering from heavy mental issues, Officer Padres Tazed him. While he was on the ground I cuffed him, and we called EMS to get him into a Institution for the Mental And Retarded. When we exited, we heard over the radio about a  bomber attack at LSPD, we rushed to the site. When we arrived, everyone was in panic, total chaos, we almost done what the terrorist wanted to, I Started blocking off the whole Pershing Sq, Calling some units to aid me in that doing. When we blocked the whole Square off, Chief Paul came with a defusal kit, defusing most of the bombs. Some bombs went off the City hall, causing great damage to the building structure. On the City Hall we're some officers, including Vince_Hudson and Agent Julio, they attempted to defuse the bomb, but the Chief ordered not to defuse the bombs. We moved down, watching great panic, and chaos, being controlled and reduced, thanks to our great organisation. When the bombs we're defused, the hunt for the terrorist began, SWAT Finded him at Verona Beach, they transported him to Mordor, where they took the controller away from him, but never the less, the kidnapper killed him self via blasting 2 more bombs

I was driving to LS, when I saw a person, smoking weed, in his vehicle, I attempted to pull-him over via giving out Warnings, but he failed to comply. We started driving like a pshyco, due he was high. We we're moving to Flint county, when I P-I-T'ed him, I failed at first, but then he crashed into some boxes, giving me time to pop his tires. He drived off to SF, still driving like a pshyo, I rammed him into the Wang-cars, breaking some glass, He exited the vehicle, discharging a Pistol Mark Desert-Eagle upon me. I exited my car, grabbing my Shotgun from the back seat, and I returned fire. I did not stop him fully, I wounded him, He entered a Moon-Beam, I attempted to stop him again. He went off road to a Ranch, taking a Bullet, driving off to LV, I Pitted him again, ramming him into the water, he swimmed to the next shore,  I waited him on the Shore, RC Side. He decided to give up, and i Apperhanded him.

Me and Officer Jonathan we're driving along, when we heard over the radio about a suspect inside Ammunation, we rushed to the scene with C3, when we arrived, we removed all of the vehicles in the vicinity, and we breached, Due it's 2 floor building, we scanned the first floor first, and then the Second one, when we finished the first floor, we slowly moved through the Staircase, alerted, when we moved into the second floor,  we saw the suspect in the corner, unconcious(AFK), We called EMS (Kris_Knight) to get him out of here. and that's how the situation ended.

I was contacted by Officer Def for a patrol, I accepted, and I waited for him at the LVPD. He picked me up, and as soon he started the engine, officer Aca asked if he could join the patrol, Aca joined, and we begun. Our patrol was based at LV at first. We went after a suspect, that was at a parking, atfirst he was evading in a Yellow Cheetah, he stopped after his vehicle broke down, and he discharged fire upon as from a M4 assault rifle, we rushed to cover, taking him out. Our patrol continued in Los Santos, we chit-chated in the cruiser, while patrolling.Overall the patrol was good and efficient.

Conclusion(s):
Very, very, very long patrol, I've been on a SFPD Organised patrol, and on a LVPD one. We used Team-Speak, and it proven as a very good and efficient way of communication. Due it was a hell of a long patrol, I will be describing the incidents only. At first, there was a bank robbery at SF, we responded quickly and aggresivly. When we breached, there we're 2/3 FBI's undercover agents, and they aided us quite well in the operation, 2 suspects we're apperhanded, while the other ones we're neutralised via Lethal Force. There we're 2/3 prisuits during the LV patrol, I was patroling with officer James_River, who didn't use Team-Speak that much, but after all he done a good job informing us about the areas. We finished up this patrol at 5:10PM, by Lt.Tom logging off, aswell for me And AirOne. THis was a hell of a exiting day, action pumped aswell. But it all ended up quite well.

Conclusion(s):
Me and Cadet Jackson started a patrol. As we we're passing by Idlewood, we noticed a big group of people with gang-markings, aka Ballas, moving  West from GS9, we folowed them for a short instance, when they pulled out guns. We talked sence into them, making them lowering their weaponry. they complied and moved along. When we thinked that it's finished, they moved to Grove Street provoking a gang-war, but thanks to the FBI, and Chief Paul, we stopped a possible Gang-War to burst.This day was quite difficult, as you may noticed in my writings, and I'm quite exausted from this day.The situations we're longer and more difficult to handel, but I really couldn't write that much due l'm exausted and, a bit sick.

Conclusion(s):
I went off for a patrol from LSPD. I was passing by the R* Ammunation, when I saw multiple suspects in a vehicle, I pulled over, and attempted to upperhand them, my attempt resulted in a massive shot-out there((DM)). I knocked down one of the suspect, he was wearing a black suit, and he was equiped with armor and a M4. I fired back neutralising one of 6/4 suspects. Lut Tom attempted to save me, due I was surrounded, I moved back, when I got shot, and that made me fall back, unconcious. After I woken up in the EMS i was called to LSPD, for a investigation. The suspect was saying how he didn't fire at me, and how he didn't run, it was proven that he done all of the listed things, he was jailed. I ended up my patrol, singing off at LSPD.

Conclusion(s):
Today, was a red day, filled with pain and deaths. My patrol started at LSPD, when I responded to the first man-slaughter at the Corleone Mafia HQ. When I arrived at the scene, there we're snipers on the buildings. Due only a few ARPD officers we're responding I took lead. They provided me covering fire while I runned to the pillar in the middle of the yard. When I discharged my M4 they started to run via using Infernuses and other vehicles of this type. I reported back to LSPD for gear and I was back in the "saddle". The next C30 occured again, at the same place, only a couple of minutes later. I responded, I saw Captain P.Knight there aswell, he was moving on foot up the hill, While I moved quickly in my car, when I saw atleast 20/10 suspects on the top. I drived down very fast, exiting my vessel, and aiding the Captain while he was sniping. Plam shot most of the suspects dead, but when the rest of the forces went up hill all hell broke loose. There was shooting everywhere, even a officer got shot in the cross-fire. After 10 seconds aprox. they started to evade, once again. I returned to LSPD once again, for re-arming. The last situation was an Barricaded one. Which included 4/5 suspects in the LS museum building. In charge was CBFasi, he called in the SWAT which couldn't respond due the lack of members. We made a little strike plan and breached the building, almost upon entry, I got hit, the suspects we're armed with AK-47's and Combat Shotguns. I ran to a pillar, providing covering fire to DeeJay, and the rest. When the ARPD Forces climbed up the stairs, they neutralised all of the suspects, I took one out my self. After this, I was tired, and decided to sign off for the day, it was a long patrol.

I begun my patrol from SFPD. I was joined by cadet Vince and we begun our patrol round San Andreas. We've been in some chases, that we're resolved quickly. Vince had to leave, so I went back to the LSPD, where l met Def Perry and we had an discussion. We took off with my Chopper to "save" TonySforza from a execution he was being chased by the "Luciano" Mob. We fled to LSPD, in a hope that  it's safe there, but we  we're wrong, we had atleast 2 minutes of peace, and then the mobsters came in guns blazing. I moved back, from door-way and unleashed fire from my M-4.
I neutralised a couple of mobsters, unsure how much, when a male entered and hitted me by the back of the head, and knocked me unconcious. When we woke up Tony was missing aswell for my M4...

Conclusion(s):
Kinda successful day that I had on my hands. The 207 was quite easy to resolve, it occured at the Mountains near Angel Pine. The hostage was an officer, who was constantly shouting in the radio... ONLY 3 UNITS RESPONDED, Officer Scott and Officer Kenawa. Under the lead of me, we responded light and quick, which turned out to be an great tactic. We moved in a Chopper, Scott was the pilot. When we arrived at the scene, the kidnapper was on the very edge, dis-allowing it's occupants to exit the vehicle mark Cheetah. We slowly surrounded him, and we had an little tactic that came out VERY efficient. The tactic was to: Drag the kidnapper out of the car, quickly, while the rest would pepper-spray him till I remove the car. We did it, the hostage was rescued. But the kidnapper jumped off the edge in hope that he'll reach his car, alive. He failed due it was an 50m drop. Afterwards we returned to the Angel Pine Police Dept...

Today started off as a good day. We we're called to rally at AAP, where we we're informed about the 207. Captain Sushi splited us into teams, I was assigned to the negotations. We tried to contact the kidnappers, but it turned out that they left the hostage and runned for their life. We picked up the hostage at the LV arena, in bad condition. Then, we went to the LVH, where EMS helped her. She was okay, but the following content changed everything that day. In the lab, was an experimental cure "for all illnesses" but when used on healthy people it causes mutations and "zombification" well, when we saw what started to happen to JDC, we sealed the Operation hall, and waited until the Haz-mat team comes, they came a bit late, the situation was already finished, thanks to Chris Knight and JDC, they somehow stopped the medicine. The medicine it self was destroyed after-wards.

Well, the day was so far successful. At the first situation the hostage was CBFasi, we saved him, but with a cost, several officers we're downed. Me and Officer Bridge(s) responded to the incident, and took lead. Officer Def replaced me, due he's far more experienced that me... We awaited for FBI's arrival, when they arrived we we're making a action plan, but when we we're talking they Stormed out, guns blazing, we somehow managed to take them down, I was out of ammo, so I took out TWO with my FISTS. afterwards there was another at AAP. when I arrived I was issued with an sniper rifle, and I was told to get a good striking position, when I got in place, the kidnappers slayed the hostage, and everyone moved in, I took out one with my sniper. Conclusion(s):
I started off my patrol from SFPD, I moved on to check the settlements around Bone county and Tierra Robbada. I stopped by Bayside, to check how are the town folks doing, and moved along. When I had a break, a short one, they reported in a 211 at Los Santos. I reported in, and awaited future orders. More and more units came, as well for lots of FBI agents. Team Leader J. Rosso responded and made a breach team which included 15 members, aprox. I was in it. When we breached, all hell broke lose, Combats, combats everywhere, We rushed into a office, shooting suspects, I imobilised 3 suspects in 30 seconds, some units went down to the valut.. I got shot and was ordered to rush out. When I did so, a ARMY of suspects ran out guns blazing...
The hunt begun. Heavy air disabled their vehicles and we had them. Some of them ran, some gave up. I ended my patrol at the City hall.

My patrol started from LSPD, I patrolled city-wide. It was a calm little day, one pursuit. Ended up quite well, He evaded down Temple street, we got him via pitting him. Afterwards I continued, and I found nothing illegal or disturbing the peace. I returned to LSPD, and signed off.

I started this day off as an regular one. I patroled City-Wide, Los Santos, It was an calm little shift until Three suspects evaded the law and barricaded in a house. Lots of units gathered. I was ordered to stay outside, and I did so, I asked is everything okay inside, due they we're in for quite some time, when all the sudden, all of the three suspects exit the buidling, l shot one, and almost killed the other one, they shot me in the Vest, I got up and resumed the pursuit. The suspect was on a NRG-500 class bike, I entered a Shamal, to give a fair chance to the units on the ground when it comes to updating the area, I did so. We followed him everywhere and all-around. When, another chopper rammed into me and l had nothing else to do but eject, I did so, jumping ontop his bike, and removing him from it, I unholstered my Glock and went in to kill him, He shot me twice in the vest, and I shot him once, neutralising him.  The pursuit lasted a good one hour or half of it.

As I signed in, I was called to Bay Side by officer Kendall, at first I didn't know what was the urge. When I arrived I saw a young mexican male. He was suspected for ordering heroin. I told him to face the wall, and I begun to frisk him, I tapped him down, at first, I found nothing. We talked with him. The man was located bit East from the Heroin Spot in Bay Side, a meter or two. He stated that he's visiting his family, which was a lie. We continued talking with him, and he decided to give up, as I putted on him my cuffs, another man appeared from, No-where, in a white infernus.
He was apperently his cousin, and he didn't want to leave the site, so another officer suspected him, for failure to comply. The man COMPLIED, and he agreed that we CUFF him. We did so.
On our way to the Cruiser he said "plz let me lockc it." And we didn't let him to do that, we told him to go on, and he CUFFED succeeded to enter the vehicle and run away to the chopper, which he started flying, I entered a Maverick, and keeped close distance. He landed at SFAP, and he took a nevada, and he went off to LS, I runned for a shamal, I entered it. We we're above Dillimore when I moved in, I rammed his wing and he plumbred down into the trees. I returned to LSAP, and went to LSPD to write a report. (this)

I would like to recommend this officer. I have done a training with him and he performs very well within various skills. (Ex: Tactics and Roleplay.)

I've thinked alot about this.
I wish to withdraw my application, due I wish to seek a carrier in the FBI.

Roske, just be patient, and everything will be okay.. You do realize that in FBI you will wait more longer than applying to an  organization such  as SAPD? Despite you won't have a 8-pages thread full of duty reports and recommendations, you will have to wait longer.. I'm not saying I don't respect your decision, but I kindly advise you to double-think about this, please. I like you, and I like your work, and I can't wait to see you in the SAPD, but you can't throw it like this, please, do not withdraw. Think again..

Yes, I understand that the FBI requires a lot of time.

With this number of replies, they seemed you are a rare cop, that deserves to be in SAPD. But they want to push you to the limits I think. I'd do so. And Roske, I respect your decision. But you should understand that you might have some patience. There is a reason why you have 8 pages of recommendations and stuff. So re-consider it, once again if this is your final decision.

Honestly, without showing off my old rank, but as ex-Academy Chief. I did not understand, why this officer wasn't part of the last cadet waves. I have seen names, which had less potential than this officer, I think a mistake has been made with letting this applicant waiting so long. He is one of the longest waiting guys, he is active ingame and shows professionalism, aswell he is active in posting patrol reports.

This guy deserve a part in the SAPD, he worked hard enough for it and I have no idea what the requirements are today. But I think after my removal and a restruction, the goal was to improve and not to keep it the same or even go worse. For the sake of Sauron, give this guy a damn chance.

Without carring about your old ex-Academy Chief rank, I do not understand why are you trying to point out mistakes that are completely false, just because unlike you the current leadership is active and actually sees what is going on. Roske indeed did a lot of good work, but not enough to cover some of his previous track which left quite the impression on the SAPD Command.
